Really rude and unprofessional employeesI don’t know why all the quests employees or workers are really unclassified People I made an appointment yesterday but I walk in. There was a Asian girl she doesn’t know nothing and she said we don’t have any appointment for today. That was stupid wasted my all day.

Took in a stool sample. I was taken to room #4. The nurse placed the sample on a table. I was told by the nurse that I would need to have an "order" sent in by my doctor. The nurse was very rude and said if they didn't receive an "order" that they would have to throw away the sample. As I was sitting on a chair inside the nurses area trying to reach my doctor, another nurse walked up to me. I asked her how long they hold the sample awaiting the "order". This other nurse said they hold the sample for seven days. My doctor sent the "order" in the next day. Seven days later I am receiving emails from Quest that they have the "order", but no sample. I ended up using Labcorp and everything went well with them. They are very organized AND courteous. Don't go to Quest Diagnostics!

Was able to do e-check in at 820am and when I came in, my name was on the screen as checked in and showing my appointment.By 824am my name was off the screen and I anticipated my name to be called soon. (A man was being a bit obnoxious blocking the door to where you go to get blood work, as if standing there would get him in sooner. He was making people uncomfortable). There is no one at the front desk (minus a star for that because it can be confusing for older folks who don't know what to do).I was finally called at 827 and outta there by 836am.Anyone who's having issues and waiting a long time must have no tmade an appointment online. The girl who helped me was friendly and quick. My blood work was painless and efficient.

I've had pretty good experiences here. I take a number of my clients here and the appointment times are always met.

This review is long overdue. I was there back in May. I came in for my appointment and I didn’t realize I needed to bring a printout of my order. I thought they would just pull it up in the system. Apparently that is not how it works, at least not for my order. The phlebotomist told me off for not having it and told me I would need to come back. Unfortunately the blood work had to be done that day, I couldn’t just come back a different day. Thankfully, another phlebotomist, Basma, overheard the conversation, saw how stressed I was, and she stepped in and took over. She was able to help me and got my bloodwork done. She was so caring and empathetic. She embodies what healthcare should be, people that actually care about helping people. She was so sweet. I’m very thankful she was not only able to help me, but that she did so gracefully and in such a caring manner. If you see her when you go in, you’ll be in the best hands! Thank you Basma!

Being understaffed is understandable, but the manager/owner should work to fix that problem. Other than that, I had a good experience. I had to wait about 30-40 minutes, but we also have to do that at the ER and sometimes at our appointments, so it didn’t bother me that much. I will say, Destiny did an awesome job with drawing my blood. I’m not afraid of needles, but sometimes you can feel that little pinch when they stick you. When Destiny have me the needle, I didn’t even know. I honestly didn’t feel it at all. When she took it out, I was so shocked. I didn’t feel anything at all, except for her cold gloves. Talk about being gentle! There were only two staff members the whole time, so the wait can be long. I can also see, they have a hard time getting lunch breaks as well. Keep up the great work you two! Manager just needs yo hire someone for the front desk. It’s hard for two people to service multiple customers in the back, while others are waiting in front, wondering when will they have some sort of interaction. Thank you again Quest! Hooyah!

Very frustrating! I received some vials from a different Quest location the other day and that was a horrible experience. They provided no instructions on what to do with them. I spent a couple days calling various Quest locations and never received an answer or response. This morning I just winged it and collected the sample as I thought I should. I had heard from the doctor that the sample had to be submitted within 2 hours. Due to that, I loaded up my young children and went to this location at 7:58 and was the only person in the parking lot just so we would be there as soon as it opened at 8:30. We waited in the car, because 3 young children (5, 3 & 2), 2 with special needs, and it was cold. I walked in at 8:31 and multiple people had gone in and were signing in. The desk was of course unmanned and when the worker came around the corner she looked at me and said I needed to sign in and wait to be called to collect the sample. I had a total Karen moment, I am not proud of it, but I was fed up the terrible customer service. She didn’t ask anything, was clearly not willing to answer questions, it was just not ok. I left the sample on the desk and walked out as my son had therapy in 30 minutes and I could not wait any longer. While I wish I had handled it better, I’m so frustrated with Quest and the lack of other options.

Jhodane was courteous, pleasant and an excellent phlebotomist, I didn’t feel the needle at all. There was no wait and parking was plentiful. I highly recommend this lab. Good thing I didn’t listen to the bad reviews.

Suck service ever!I walked in and checked in at 2pm. I had been waiting the staff to call until 3:15pm; she said they couldn't get for walk-in people at exactly 3:15pm. Waiting for 1 hr and 15 mins with nothing. If they could serve, why just come out and say we could not serve more walk-in people in advance? AND WITHOUT SAYING SORRY!? Sooo frustrated. I have no car; and I asked someone to take me; Imagine! One star of reviews here for dropping the comment.

I walked in at 3:00 and finished my check in at 3:01 on the tablet. There was no one behind the desk when I walked in or while I waited. At 3:28 an employee opened the door asking what I was doing here, she was less than helpful and was not understanding in the least bit. She told me FedEx picks up their samples at 3:00. There was no FedEx truck when I walked in or when I parked my car. Customer service and care needs to be addressed by management.

What is the purpose of a appointment if they are constantly backed up. No follow-up with patients, no apologies. Just frustrated ppl sitting here waiting. I made an appointment for 10:10 I'm still sitting here waiting. I'm typing this review. Very unacceptable and unapologetic staff. They need to manage appointments correctly

Even though my gf had an appointment and was 20 mins early, we had to wait an extra 30 mins because they got her name, a very common one, completely wrong. No front desk person and only got in because I spoke up. Phlebotomists are running in and out calling people, but the seem to know what they're doing on the patient side. The issue here is understaffing since the nurses are also acting as the receptionists. Definitely make an appointment.

Easy to locate, with parking lot, but no people at the front desk to help you out. Crowded, behind schedule, even if you are only going to pick up kits. Do not recommend it if you don't have time to wait.
