Customer service is .5 stars at best. I wanted to purchase a bag that was a better brand, so it was under lock and key. I looked for someone to assist, found no one. So I stood in a 30min line and figured I'd just ask the cashier to assist with getting the bag (she'd just assisted a customer prior with getting jewelry). She told me no. I would have to wait another 30 min just to have someone to unlock the bag so I could purchase it. It's not even one of the busier Ross's yet she couldn't walk 20 feet to grab a bag.

Well as I stand at the jewelry counter 5 feet away from cashier for last 20 mins I wrote this I’ve asked 2 other people for help an finally some older dude lasy walks up an is mad because I asked for an item seriously people remember you applied an interviewed for your job. Definitely needs staff an customer service skills even if bust don’t ignore your customers if your on the floor
