Just want to give a shout out to David a receptionist that actually cares about patients and loves and enjoys his job. Give him a raise or some reward. Good people deserve to be recognized. I hope he is rewarded.

Nurses can be rude and slow. Seems that the quality of care has diminished. Too many fingers in the cookie jar.
