No doubt the best storage facility in La Mesa. Mars was very knowledgeable about the different units & answered all my questions. Mars helped me sign up for a new unit in under 10 minutes, honestly super fast service & will definitely recommend this place to friends & family in the area. Thanks again Mars!!

Magda is the most amazing Storage manager I have ever met in my life. I came to her on the fly after going to the El Cajon location, which was great too, but too far for me. I had been misled online by a third-party about a different storage near the La Mesa site so at the 11th hour I ran over to the La Mesa store.
Magda was so accommodating and went above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced at a storage facility. She saw my needs and met them 100%! I told her she was the coolest lady I’ve ever met in my life. Good choice Storage quest in Magda!! She’s a gem. A light in the dark times. A total keeper:)

Mars was on duty today when we arrived into La Mesa. We moved from Palmdale, Ca and are currently undecided where we want to be. But we started here, where our Son-in-law hooked us up with a storage facility. Mars made it very easy for us to get our stuff stored away. Mars took the time to make sure we understood the rules and operations of this facility. A quality employee, who helped us in every way possible. A great experience m, thanks to Mars!

I had an incredible experience with StorQuest! I accidentally left my phone in a taxi on my way to their La Mesa location, and even though it wasn’t their responsibility, Mars went above and beyond to help me. They let me use their phone to track mine down, helped me contact the taxi company, and stayed kind and supportive through it all.
I’m so grateful for their kindness and professionalism—highly recommend StorQuest to anyone looking for a storage company that truly cares about its customers!

My experience with StorQuest has been the best experience for myself, a first time storage renter. I had an unfortunate situation happen. Magna and others at her location have been so understanding. During my process of trying to find a solution, she was there to always answer all my questions. We ended up finding a solution. The whole time I didn’t feel alone, definitely a reassuring feeling. I have now been with storquest since 2023. I’ve not had a bad experience since our renting journey with you. I feel magna has had great communication and feel every location needs someone like her!

I have moved a lot of people into this storage facility with my moving company Lion Pride Moving. I must say that the customer service, pricing, and availability is always top tier! I recommend this storage to anyone looking for a safe place to store your items. Mars and Magda are awesome people to work with! Definitely 5 stars!
