I have been using Michelle to prepare our personal taxes as well as two corporate returns for a few years. The communication is terrible, she never responds to any emails or phone calls. This year the IRS gave an extension but we still needed our taxes filed for personal reasons. All documentation was provided to Michelle and Summit 3/1/2023. Mid May, one full month after traditional taxes are due I began to call and email w/ absolutely NO returned emails or calls. My last email stated that if I did not hear back from her that I was going to pull the business since I needed the returns completed. Below is the response that I got. Chris, I am sorry we are not meeting your expectations by preparing your tax returns in a manner that is acceptable to your time frame. We wish you the best in your future endeavors. The disregard for clients is also pretty shocking.

Della is the absolute best there is! She has been doing my taxes for nearly 20 years! If I hit the lotto, she is my first call!!!

Used them for years, always on top of things and very professional. I see Michelle M., but have no doubt that they are all good there. Great at what they do. They also do an annual food drive, a plus for sure.

I had been referred here, they seem to have missed credits. Erin could not finalize my taxes on the same day, once she had my taxes done she did not send me a copy. i had to request them twice via email. this year as i tried to make an appointment with someone else, the receptionist said she had to speak with Erin first.. I am the customer and if i want to make an appointment with a different person i should be able to. I didn't get the "trust" factor. Considering this is a very important transaction I should feel a sense of trust with the tax advisor. Not everyone is meticulous in there job.. needless to say i will be going elsewhere.

Erin is the best over there if you need someone to take care of your taxes and other financial stuff. She is super cool and very knowledgeable so in the long run she’ll save you hundreds of thousands. Highly recommended!

It's nice to have confidence in a tax preparer. Summit Financial and in particular, Kaylee Leonard has made the dreaded "tax time" go a lot easier. I don't think we could have fared any better anywhere else.
