Walked in this morning, hoping to get a dry hair cut. Was told we don't do dry cuts. I told the lady at the counter I've had 2 strokes I can't lay my head back. Sorry, we don't have the cutting shears for dry cuts. Shameful Supercutes doesn't accommodates people with special needs. She did refer me to their Al Carte menu. All about $. Hope their corporate office reads this and considers people with special needs.

First of all, I haven’t been there in two years. The woman that cut my hair is amazing. She did exactly what I wanted her to do. I was so shocked on how accurate she was. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you so much Rebecca . You’re amazing.
