Horrible customer service. Some of the reps can’t be bothered to look up your account to see what’s the problem. I went into the store because I wasn’t getting any data on my phone or watch and since I mentioned that I had gone to another T-Mobile the previous day. The rep didn’t bother to look at my account and with an attitude told me to go back to the location I had gone on previous day. Turns out the internet was turned off and all he needed to do was press a button to turn back on. So thanks to his laziness what could’ve taken less than a minute turned into almost a hour with the drive to other location.

Jessica at the Grossmont location was super helpful! She helped me switch over from Verizon and keep my number. I was in for like 3 hours and she was super patient.

My wife, son and I went this morning to change over from Verizon to T-Mobile. There were a number of things that needed attention. Joshua helped us out. He took care of a lot of details and got us some good deals. He was attentive and explained everything (sometimes we ask several times). Very happy with our outcome. Two thumbs up for Josh.

This 5 star is for Aaron for the great customer service he provided, had problem with my phone plan to make international calls, and after giving up on T-mobile customer service over the phone (you always get someone over seas that don't know what are they talking about and refuse to transfer you to someone in US ) , honestly Aaron went above and beyond to ensure my problem was solved. Thank you !

How disappointing! Had my mom go out to the store to purchase a screen protector for her cell phone. Was told they did not have any in the store and that they were unable to order one for me. I would have to call Tmobile and order one through them. Come to find out, that was a lie. Either they are ill trained, which is a reflection of the store manager, or they were lazy and did not wanna order one for me. Was told that the employees did not look motivated, and it seemed as a bother for them to do work. Thanks for nothing, ordered it via a phone call to Tmobile customer service.

Just got in and out in 10 minutes on a sunday. Fallon helped me set up a new line and figured oht an issue with my sim card. Very happy

Tmobile was the worst provider I've had. Signed up just before PCSing overseas in hopes to have a good service. Worst service. Bought a mobile hotspot and was told that it was unlockable after 40days of service. Device is locked and not allowed to be unlocked. They lied or didn't know...which is the same to me since I paid for item and I cannot use overseas. Anyways, don't trust. They are not trained and none really care. Paid a lot of money for nothing. ...I think AT&T may have been better, but I was hopeful since Tmobile is a German company.

Didn’t greet and welcome people- just stood around while they played around with their phones, chew gum and talked among themselves. When it was my turn - she immediately said I needed to go to MV iPhone. I explained that did not drive and suggested she go into settings and please take a look. She did and after a few clicks she fixed it. So they did not show any effort to try and fix until I pleasantly nudged them-not my job-this was at grossmont center.

Went to this T-Mobile to get the iPhone 15 and one of the workers, Jessica, was listening in to our conversations, adding comments, and started to run my credit without permission. Terrible service.

The Grossmont La Mesa location is a joke. After my new phone quit working and spending half a day on the phone with T-mobile to no success I decided to go to a store. Upon entering the store which had many available employees with no customers, I had to wait for 10-15 minutes til the gossip hour was over. Kinda awkward. So after they decided I guess maybe they should help me, I explained my problem. After looking at my phone I was asked for ID which I provided.. My birthday was a week ago, that is the expiration on my commercial drivers license, New License is in the mail (DMV sucks) an should be here any day. The temp paper wasn't a valid acceptable form of ID for T-mobile. Can't help me, maybe if I drove around with my passport they could help me, or come back when my new license shows up in the mail..!!! So I went to the closer El Cajon location, waited in line which still took less time than trying to get acknowledged at the Grossmont location... El Cajon said my SIM card went bad (not sure how that happens) got me a new SIM at no charge and on my way with a smile...!!!! La Mesa is a bad joke, avoid at all costs.
