Both Candace and Ryan are compassionate as they are knowledgeable in the field of IT. I was under the gun with State deadlines and no access to my office computer due to our previous IT company going out of business. Ryan came out the very next day on the weekend and set me up. I cannot recommend them enough and so happy I found TechIT.

This is the second time we have used TechiT residential services with the same stellar results. As seniors born in the 1950's, there is nothing intuitive about the workings and capabilities of PC's and cell phones for us. We routinely make a mess of things. Thank heavens there is TechiT Services. Gabriel is nothing short of a wizard with all things IT. Yet again, he streamlined and improved our PC and both new Android phones. The education he brings on the use and management of these devices and their operating programs is priceless to us. Thank you so much for your assistance with our Tech problems. TechiT Services are nothing less than outstanding in every regard! As retired seniors, my wife and I had created a literal nightmare of IT problems with our PC and two new Android phones. We had serious security issues with our terrible password management. We actually had pages of handwritten passwords and pins with cross-outs and add-ins that we could barely follow. Our online accounts and searches were a mess. We didn't even know we had multiple duplicative accounts and old email addresses. Synching between phones and our PC was impossible. Gabriel from TechiT was a life saver. He was so knowledgeable and tech savvy, yet so patient and a great teacher. What we learned and accomplished in two hours was absolutely amazing. Gabriel walked us through the install and setup of a new password management system which is a relief, especially for banking and financial accounts. Our two phones and PC are now actually synched and communicate with each other. We received tips on Cloud, photo and internet management. A wonderful experience and we will have TechiT back. Ryan has been amazing here at Aesthetic arts institute of plastic surgery, we needed a trustworthy IT service and we found one! Him and Gabriel are very quick, efficient, and knowledgeable.
