Every time I come in to the store, the staff are always extremely friendly, helpful and positive and their interactions with me and the other customers. It is so nice to have that level of customer service that are so rare these days. It’s a great team at the store And happy they’re in my neighborhood! 😊

Worst experience. The bald guy right away said to contact the corporate office to fix the address without even asking if I’m picking up the package or sending one. How about letting the customer speak and then say something?. I explained it to him that it is missing the lot number since we live in an RV park. He was like oh? Scrolled through my phone with the issue I had and still asked me to contact the corporate office. I had my ID and everything with me, he could have asked the driver or put a note in it. How do these people even work at UPS without a common sense?.
These guys are holding my package and wouldn't deliver it. I had to contact the sender to correct the lot#. Now, the update shows they'll deliver it a week later. this was suppose to be a 2 day air delivery since I have ordered something for the weekend memorial.
Worst place. they are holding my package for no reason. I just live less than a mile away from this store.

Every time we go into this store the associates are polite and helpful. Today we had an unusual shipment to send out and Tatyana and Steven we very helpful.

Staff is always friendly, professional and helpful. They’ve even gone above and beyond with helping me carry heavy boxes into the store. I have moved and still come back to this specific ups because they’re quick, efficient and zero stress. Thank you guys for the phenomenal work!!

I come into this UPS location about once a week, and every single time it’s a consistently great experience. The staff are always so kind, fast, and efficient. They go out of their way to help with taping up boxes and making sure everything is ready to go, which I really appreciate. It’s rare to find a place where the service is this reliable and friendly every time. Highly recommend!

The employees are very helpful. My 3 year old threw a fit when we walked in because he did not want to be there and usually people just stare, but the worker was quick to grab some bubble wrap and give it to my son to try to help. I appreciated that so much.

Never thought I would review a UPS store but here we are! This is the fastest and most efficient location I have ever been to. The staff are excellent and so helpful and always pleasant and friendly. I go out of my way to come to this one. Thanks for being so great!

The employees are always friendly and still very efficient - I see them work together on days when they are SO MANY CUSTOMERS! On April 2nd, 2025 I was a bit scattered, I couldnt find my return email, I kept dropping things, I had 2 different returns, etcv- Leana was very reassuring, pleasant, patient and helpful - great smile as well! I bring all usps packages ( returning or mailing) to this store for several years now.

Oh my goodness! I am so impressed by the customer service here, especially with Danae! Danae’s attention to detail was by far the best I’ve ever received at a UPS store. Weston and Danae went above and beyond with my return experience, even going as far to assist me with Amazon return.
