I’ve tried to send a package twice, the first time it came back to me, when I called to see what happened nobody knew why it came back and everyone had different information, so ZERO answers for why this happened and 65$ wasted and not refunded , they recommended to send it through them but using usps, they were supposed to notify me , as I was using an informed delivery, when it arrived and did not , so it sat there and got shipped back to me again , the workers seem like they were trying hard but were just misinformed or not taught well enough,what a joke this was, definitely won’t be using ups ever again total money wasted 130$ no packages shipped, no refunds

Raina provides superior customer service and she remembers me every time I visit and is incredibly quick in helping me everytime which is awesome since I am on company time (I work for a law firm across the way).
Christi has recently helped me and is also so nice and friendly. She's helped me a few times with my questions so kindly.
Lastly Josh the delivery guy drops off boxes at the law firm ai work at and is so helpful in putting the boxes where I need them.
Such an incredibly team to work with

The location is convenient and has great customer service. I've used the notary, returned packages, bought boxes and supplies, and shipped out small christmas presents. Above and beyond, they did an amazing job helping me with packing and shipping when I unexpectedly had to ship my uncle's art collection and personal items across the country. I had no clue what I was doing, and the staff including Raina and the Manager Omar were patient, so kind and innovative in coming up with solutions for packing awkward or heavy items and working with me to help keep the costs down. They made it easy on me, even though I knew it was a ton of work for them to package everything and get it shipped out. So impressed and thankful for their help!

I started sending packages here when UPS Delivery Service became too unreliable for my liking.These guys here are Friendly. Professional. And exceptionally awesome!!! Every time.
