This bank location has worst customer service. I'm sorry I ever opened an account with them. When I called I spoke to sam, and i explained my situation that I got charged 2 over draft fees when my account was in positive on day. supposedly by bank it was negative for a short time from in the same day probably for less than an hour and they said on there en it showed it was negative. This seems like a scam so they could just makeup and say oh at 1:00am your account was negative, so we're going to hit you with overdraft. I already made a complaint with CFPB this looks like a class action lawsuit coming for them, I can't imagine how many people are getting screwed everyday by overdraft charges. Sam didn't offer to help at all with anything and stuck behind the charges and didn't care about his customer and was just cut throat. DONT OPEN ACCOUNT HERE!!!!!!!! The biggest mistake it's not even a real bank location looks like one of those pop bank check cashing places in the ghetto.

Was at Albertsons last Sunday shopping with my daughter. Saw that there was a US bank branch in the store. Remembered that I had a check from UPS ( from seasonal work ) for $42.07 in my wallet. I've just forgotten to deposit it in my bank account ( not with US Bank ). Went to the teller there - he was doing nothing - playing on his phone. I presented him with he check and said I do not have an account here. He then said - with a smile - we'll have to charge you $7 to cash this because you don't have an account. I said it's a US Bank check from UPS for 42.07 - they did care. I asked for a manager and he say he was the only one there and could not do anything. What a joke bank. I wS told last by a us bank rep that the $7 is to cover the cost of the check bounces. It's from UPS!!!! I'm sure they have $40 in their account. Crap service. This is why people hate banks. They nickel and dime people to death. Crap bank - will never go back to this bank or grocery store.

We're new customers with this bank and from the moment I called in to open our account to walking into this branch at albertsons has been a breeze. The past 2 times we've come in a young charming fellow named CHRIS helped us out which he was amazing might I add. Mary is also super cute and friendly, my son actually has a crush on her so every time he sees her he blushes. Today Vanessa helped us and she was so pleasant. She was super helpful and so kind. It's people like this that make and keep customers!! Thanks guys for being fantastic especially you Vanessa :)

Chris and his team receive an absolutely perfect score when it comes to the customer experience. I just signed my Home Equity Loan and Chris was incredibly responsive, informative and professional. I'm in the service industry too and I recognize a stellar service oriented performance when I see it. This type of service & commitment to the customer is such a rare find these days. You're a gem Chris!

Very unprofessional service. My partner accidentally left her bank card in their ATM, she was treated her like she wasn't worth their time and was only told her card would be shredded because it wasn't one of theirs. The strangest part was one of them asked her if she wanted them to call someone to come get her. What does that even mean?

Went there to cash a check and the manager Chris came up and was very rude. I would not do business with US Bank.

I recently started banking with US Bank and so far so good. I am in and out, no wait time/line; not like my other bank (BOA) I wait for ever. I have a busy life and don't have time to wait 30 min in line. Everyone there is very friendly!, Chris was awesome!!!!! Thank you :)

Very small bank inside the Albertsons grocery store. The good thing is that there are no lines. I walked right up and was helped immediately. The bad part is that everyone checking out their groceries can probably hear everything (only because you have to speak loud enough to a teller thru a protective glass)
