Griffin and Joe gave me a world-class experience. They greeted me immediately as I walked in the door, making me feel welcome. They were very knowledgeable about their products, answering all of the questions I had. They demonstrated competence; the experience was seamless from start to finish, and they even held the door for me as I walked out. This visit exceeded my expectations. Thank you for your 5-star service. I know I made the right choice coming to this location, and I will definitely be back, thanks to them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Update your hours online if you aren't actually open until 9. I arrived at 8:35 for an ONLINE PICK UP ORDER THAT WAS READY TO GO. Door is locked, but there's 2 employees standing there at the register telling me there closed. You know the least you could do is open up the door and tell me instead of shooing me away. I wasn't trying to roam around the store and purchase anything, I was picking up an ONLINE ORDER that was already paid for. Again, if you aren't open until 9 then the business should have updated hours. Won't be shopping here again.

I called the store after I had an issue with my online order. I was so frustrated with Heber- she didn't seem to understand what I was trying to accomplish. I went to. the store and she was again rude and irritated me more. Please resolve this.

5 Stars for the Grossmont Center Vitamin Shoppe. I came in the other day for the first time to get some Creatine and HMB and found they have a nice stock of the other supplements I take as well. I prefer Muscle Tech products and they've got em all. The guy that helped me immediately knew where the handful of items I asked about were. He showed me where everything was so I didn't have to look around. It was a good experience and I'll be returning in the future.

I'm new to fitness and this was my first experience at a vitamin store in my entire life. I walked in and was immediately greeted by a young lady "Jesse"? I think? I had a general idea of the products I was looking for but not too knowledgeable since this was my first experience. Long story short, this young woman was amazing! She talked with me for over 20 minutes about what I was looking for and what I needed- she was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She even showed me a couple features on my fitness ap I don't know about. I always say businesses run on competent employees. I was surprised to see negative customer service reviews on this place. Looks like magement made a new hire and did well.

I wish this place had friendlier stuff than it does. Their stuff is often very rude. Sad because I live close to this one and I like to go. But after today's visit, I probably will never go back, they have a good options. If you know what you're looking for and don't have to talk to staff then go here but if you have to talk to somebody, probably best, you don't ask questions.
