I went to this store last night. I needed a vitamin that said on Walmarts app and website that they had in stock. On the shelf itself there were no bottles but when you looked at the top of the shelf there were various other vitamin bottles to stock. I saw one of the versions of my vitamins on the top shelf that clearly states "ask an associate for help if you need items on this shelf" .....so that is what I did. I walked over to a young gentleman who had a scanner to help me. He never went to use his scanner to locate the item for me but looked at my phone and said it should tell you how many we have in stock ....for a customer on the app and on the website it's not going to tell you how many items that store has in stock but his scanner would and he never went to even use it I asked him to please come over to the vitamins I showed him that the other bottle was up on the top shelf that requires me to ask him for help he never offered to get it down told me he's the door person but he was standing over by an aisle and told me I need to get a stocker to help me... I watched him help other groups of people even walking to various isles with them to help them find their product and it was just me and my young son and he would not help me. I had never been so embarrassed and upset I don't ever want to come to that store again and I shop there a lot . I've never felt so disrespected in my life I have encountered nice people while shopping at that store but lately nobody seems to want to help you and to watch that gentleman help other groups and other individuals locate their items and wouldn't even look on his scanner who proceeded to take my phone and look at mine was unacceptable unprofessional and ridiculous he just didn't want to help me I don't know why. I work for a company where customer service is everything. I don't treat my customers that way..

This is a Walmart location only focusing on selling food, produce and essentials. Walking in and the first thing I saw was fresh vegetables and fruits then more, no hot food like regular Walmart which you won't find any rotisserie chickens or fried ones here. Then as I went further in, would be the dairy and meats section, they got mostly pork and chicken; the beef was so so, they claimed it hand cut, the only seafood they had would be salmon, not fresh but frozen, hard like rock just coming out from the freezer. They have a pharmacy and other departments like pet food, cleaning, they skipped hardware, toys, electronics, gardening, and home. Basically it's a Food 4 Less version of Walmart but less interesting :)

I hadn't been to shop here in a couple of years. Boy has it gone down hill. The first time back, I had an employee pass by me when I asked a question and offer assistance to a coworker. Pretty sure he heard me. Second time I asked the bakery person where puffed pastry was and she apologized for not knowing and offered no help. I found puff pastry today with the help of Kind Lisa. She told me where and walked over since it was near where she was working. Four employees were hanging out in the customer service kiosk, I found that disturbing. I went through the long conveyor belt self check and when I was near finished, I realized I needed to transfer funds on my account since I bought so much. Anyway, three times I told the people behind me I would be longer and they didn't understand how they were affecting my purchase. The quick check was open but it was like chaos ensued. That's no reflection on the staff but you could have better signage for human distance. When workers don't speak the language of the public they are serving, we have a problem. There are many English speaking teens looking for work. Walmart needs to realize what they're doing.

I went in to this store to get baby formula and baby water (which they have locked up). I buzzed the buzzer and waited. 5 minutes went by, no one came. I buzzed again. Another 5 minutes went by, still no one came. I buzzed again. After 5 more minutes, STILL NO ONE CAME! I left to go over by self check out and I find 4 employees standing around and when I went to talk to one they all broke up and started walking away. I asked for a manager, the lady pointed me to one of the guys that was "standing around". (Tall, long hair Caucasian guy.) So I go and tell him that I was waiting for some assistance at the baby formula and his reply was "who sent you to me"? Huh? Well sir aren't you the manager? So he then says, I'll send someone over. The young lady who gets over there was rude, asked me what formula do I want, she grabbed it and a bottle of water and asked me if I was ready, I replied yes. So she took me to the self check out and proceeds to "scan" the formula herself and walk away. This stores employees are rude and they need some more training. Walmart you must do better! I'll go to Target where the formula is not "locked up".

The grocery pickup order is hit or miss. Sometimes I'm missing items/ other times i have the worker talking to me about god and Jesus. I've been doing an online order since the pandemic began. It's gotten worse. Today I picked a time slot of 9-10 pm. I was 10 minutes way from 10 pm - arrived 5 minutes before 10pm -- and nothing: the app stopped working and when I arrived and called to ask questions, no one answered. Before I've gotten a call 30 min prior asking "hey are you coming?".Nothing today- just straight up ghosted me.Wtf?

Not worth the savings if I have to scan and bag my own goddamn groceries. Left half the crap on the counter because it wouldn't scan. F U Walmart. 15 employees standing around having a good time and watching every move you make but can't have a register open. No thanks

I had one of the best experiences at this neighborhood market than I've ever had at any grocery store. Outside when I was putting my groceries away there was a guy named Matthew who helped me put my groceries in my car. I didn't have a lot of heavy items, I just had my two children so multitasking was a bit difficult in the busy parking lot. He was the friendliest person I think I have ever met At a grocery store. This was right around Thanksgiving time, a time when things are high stress and usually people are not very friendly, he restored my faith in good hearted people.Give him a raise.

I want to give four stars for customer service! I just can't give that 4 stars because of the parking spot I was in having orange peels all over and the selection of products not having a middle range size. In this country we tend to eat a lot more and be bigger. There are still lots of healthy active individuals with the genetics or the habits that make them good-average or small-average size. Couldn't find a middle size glove with padding and grip for my wheelchair. I bought a small-medium pair of gloves-is what they called it. I'm usually small in things. These were so tight I couldn't spread my fingers easily and everytime I went to propel my manual wheelchair with my hands, the gloves would dig into my thumbs. They had two sizes. They combined two sizes into those two individual gloves. I had the "small-medium," but tried on the only other size they had-which was "large-extra large." Neither fit! One was way too small and the other was way to big! It's annoying to be left out when the padding and grip was so good on the gloves. Customer service was great. Very quick service and friendly staff upon arriving and leaving. Was assisted twice and felt that the employees were patient and helpful. I'm sorry to have to rate it at 3 today but I wanted to leave a review because that's what I do. Manage the trash around the property and try to have more inclusive sizing with the sports gear.

This place has gone to hell in a handbasket. I cannot anymore with this store. I used the grocery pickup when it first started. Am I lazy? No. I hate going into any Walmart. It's stressful and awful and infuriating 10 of 10 times. It's always something.I recently started trying the grocery pickup again. Uhhhhh, terrible, just awful. Rotten food, customer service closed. I literally spent HOURS on the phone with walmart.com trying to get a refunds for all of the missing, open, and rotten food they gave me. The opposite of a time saver! So, I need to update this to remind me, in case I forget in another year, not to give them another chance. The final FINAL breakup, I am changing my number and deleting yours.Done, done, donesky. For good!
