Used one of their ATM's at a Vons supermarket a couple of months ago.I I requested $100 but did not receive any money. Spoke to one of the tellers who told me we would have to submit a report. After about a week, I was given a temporary credit of $100 pending investigation. Just received a letter informing me that there was no ATM error so I will now be deducted $100 from my checking account. My entire family have banked with them for over 30 years! No wonder this bank is in so much trouble now. I am absolutely FURIOUS!!!

WELL I had to pick a random location because I don't know the location of the claims department that I called. So long story short Amazon.com incorrectly charged my account and put me in a bind and I read the reviews for Wells Fargo's claims department and they were pretty bad so I called them with the expectation of being treated bad, case. And point, you should never judge anyone by someone else's opinion. I do not know the gentleman's last name or what state he's in but his name is Angelo And he works in the Wells Fargo claims department and he helped me so well that he changed my perception of a entire department. He was kind, patient and positive and it is rare to find someone like that in this world. He was very knowledgeable and i felt confident that he knew what he was talking about the whole time, I hope that he reads this, or somehow he's able to see this, I don't know if someone could post this to The corporate page just so that he knows that I kept my word just like he kept his. THANK YOU ANGELO!!! Angelo should be a manager!!!!

Worst bank ever, extremely rude, has fees for everything, steals your money, etc. Not a fan of this bank in general but this location is the f****** worst ever.

This bank charges HIGH FEES in general!!! They did a bank wire for us screwed it up and wanted us to pay? We thanked them by withdrawing our money. We now use Mission Federal Credit union and are happy.

The bilingual Tagalog speaking teller is so nice and personable at this location! I always receive great service from all the tellers but that one is a true gem. I don't like the fees with Wells Fargo in general but the great customer service keeps me coming back and now that I've actually read my terms and conditions I know better than to accumulate those fees.

They are completely unorganized. It took over 40 minutes to cash a check that was from their very own bank.

I love wells fargo and their fraud prevention system for unusual spending. They really know what it means to look it for the customer and that means the world to me. Thanks, Mike Hayner Kearny Pearson Ford & KIA

Corporate Offices Wells Fargo ATTN: John Stumpf CEO 420 Montgomery Street San Francisco, CA 94104 The fiasco of events of getting a replacement debit card, are as follows; I went in to a local branch to get a replacement card and to inform WF that the original replacement never arrived. My cards magnetic strip was very degraded on the one I was carrying. The staff understood my issue, and was courteous. They quickly offered a resolution to the issue by having the debit card sent to the branch and they'd call me when it arrived. (1) Well!!! In the attempt to get me a replacement card, the banker accidentally mark my existing card lost or stolen. This left me with no funds for the weekend. Luckily I discovered this issue at the gas pump and was able to get to another local branch for a temporary card. The banker that made the mistake, stepped up, kudos' to him and no complaints. WF called a week later and I picked up my card. (2)A day later when I attempted to pay my Verizon Wireless bill online, the transaction would not go through. Upon further investigation the zip code attached to my account was wrong. So while in Temecula, CA I visited a local branch provided 2 forms of ID and the supervising manager stated he would have the address correction input by the end of the day... The branch was very busy and I could wait 4 hours. (3)The next day, nothing was resolved and it was Sunday. I had to get funds from the ATM and go to a Verizon Wireless store. The following Monday I visited my local branch upset and complaining, I was heated for all the hoops I was having to jump through. The banker put on a pretty smile and guaranteed she would handle it. I left going back to work assuming all is now resolved. (4)Later in the evening, I was updating an online account with the new card and BAM!!! Invalid zip code. So, a final effort to resolve the problem, I was really just over it but thought lets try customer service on my cell phone. There is nothing worse than being upset and making a call, only to get to an - informative menu driven answering system.- Hit zero multiple times to finally get a live person on the other end. Thank gawd he wasn't in the Philippines. I explained my issue stating that the zip code should be my PO Box, he understood, he looked at the address and stated that the address I provided was not the one he was looking at on his computer screen. Really!!! I inquired as to what the address was!?! He stated he could not release that information. "Oh come on throw me a bone, how about just the street without any numbers" and BAM!!! My local WF branches' street. I retorted, if you google that address I bet it comes up as a WF branch and not any sort of residence or PO Box? The CS Rep fixed the problem. (5)Since I had to take out cash to pay some bills, WF system charged me a Service Fee, not an NSF Fee but a fee to have the account since the automatic transfers from checking to savings could not complete. Conclusion and reasoning for leaving Wells Fargo. The people are nice but under paid. Two experienced bankers tried to resolve the problem and failed. What this tells me is the computer system interface is not user friendly. If you actually read this whole rant, three bankers had issues trying to do their job. Under penalty of perjury; the above statement is true and correct.

So I'm writing a review because this branch Wells Fargo was the first place I can really think of that gave me exceptional service. Every time I go the tellers are very friendly and so willing to help. They always double check to see if there's anything else that I need. I have been disappointed with most banks in the past but so far this was a good deal:)
