Make sure to check the expiration labels. This eggnog was purchased Dec 1st and had expired in November. Accepting responsibility, and sharing to give a friendly caution for others to double check their groceries if shopping at this location. Staff is friendly and personable.

Instead of honoring the 91 cent package of lucerne cheese, supervisor Maria unprofessionally stood there and watched me struggle to clip a digital coupon for 10-15+ minutes, even referring guests that lined up behind me to use another register while she continued to wait. I respect the fact that a digital coupon was required and I did not have the app or the coupon, but I have an old phone and cannot download any new apps. Additionally the service in the store was not working properly, which the bagger even mentioned. Customer service, especially as a former supervisor myself, zero stars, if applicable.

Words fail me, I have never encountered a problem like tonight. Tried to get a quick meal at the deli and Robert and the male working with him tonight were taunting customers, sighing/ rolling their eyes, badgering, and laughing with one another while giving me a hard time ordering. Vons DO BETTER and TAKE ACTION, hire workers that will bring great customer service to our community. I know for a fact, I'll be warning family and friends to stay clear of this specific Vons.

I've lived in the area for a year and never once has this location had more than one lane open. The line is always halfway down the aisle. I now only come here when Costco is closed and I have no choice.

The people in the deli dept are always so rude & act annoyed. They talk extremely fast & if you ask can you please repeat that or ask a question they roll their eyes & start yelling. The constant sighing too... if you don't want to deal w/ ppl why are you working there. Gone here 2x what a mistake should tell corporate to hire people that want to work.

Never thought I'd write a review for Vons sushi but I definitely think it deserves one! I was craving sushi and this was right next door so I decided to hop on over and grab some to try. It was actually really good and satisfied my craving. On Fridays all of their rolls are $6 which is a great deal!

Why does it literally smell like cat litter every single time I come in here? It's been like that for at least 2 months now. It makes it almost unbearable to even be in the store. There's always like 2 lines open. Y'all need self checkout at this location REAL bad.

I was in San Diego, not far from the Mexican border and very hungry, but it was only about 10:45am. The Vons had already put out some fresh California rolls and upon a wander up an aisle from the Ladies Room, I struck gold!! Vons stocks DOT'S PRETZELS!! I found them on a multi-state trip with my Husband and thought they were only to be found East of us. They're seasoned and so crunchy and delicious. The staff were cheerful and friendly too.

Looks to me like "Dawn M" - store manager is either insufficient or the job entirely should be dissolved. Nothing had changed at this store and I see the same reviews/issues going back over a year. Understaffed is an understatement; save yourself 20-30 mins in line and go to another grocery store. Dawn, save yourself the auto-response, it's unwarranted here.

Make sure to double check your bags before you leave. One of their teenagers was bagging my items, but when I got home, I realized he completely missed putting one of my bags into my shopping cart. That's $30 missing from my pantry now. :( I knew something was wrong when he showed up part-way through being rang up and he began putting my bags in a different place than the cashier was placing them. Please make sure your baggers are being observant of what their coworkers are doing for the customers.

Dear scheduling manager if the checkout line is thirty feet down aisle 7 schedule more than the two dumdums that are working. LITERALLY 35 people in line for a check out. Shelves aren't stocked appropriately. Produce isn't fresh and this place is frankly a joke.

I had the worst experience with Vons on lake Murray last night they over charged me for the mangos and ignored me when I said the price wasn't right and a gentleman behind me paid for my overcharged items then a young girl made a very rude comment as I was leaving the store I have never been treated so poorly by anyone in my life they have absolutely no customer service what's so ever I will never go shopping there again
