A woman using the swimming pool. The shower facilities are good and clean, so I use them well. However, the guide told me that the shower was broken and needed to be repaired and that I couldn't use it for about 30 minutes. After about 40 minutes, I was told frustratingly that it might take another hour. The men doing the repairs have women who need to change their swimsuits, and they keep coming in and out. Moreover, when I complained to the information desk, they did not say sorry, but instead kept repeating that they would fix it and spoke in an irritated tone, which made me even more angry.I think repairs and proper guidance should be made late in the evening when there are fewer users.

Been coming to this gym for almost 3 years now and it's progressively going downhill with so many management changes over the years, losing staff, and ultimately turning for a "more for profit" gym.You would think with 1 on 1 and Thrive clients, you would invest more on fixing broken equipment and upkeep of the upstairs personal training room, but hasn't been the case. Even with providing hand sanitizer or restocking cleaning solution, which most of the trainers or clients ended up personally providing. No wonder you lose good trainers and clients. Such a shame with how much Golds has changed.

Me and my gf signed up 1 month ago. She lost her trainer a week later after she told her she was getting harassed and she was there a month. She got a new trainer and she was just told her trainer is no longer there and now was given another trainer without management asking her if it was ok to give her a male trainer. I also lost my trainer yesterday. This does not look good on management very disappointed

Mold and rust in the men's locker room on the shower walls and curtains jacuzzi barely lukewarm and no steam room operable. Left seeing lots and lots of homeless people.

The leg area is pretty decent for a large gym. The only lame thing about this gym is that I can't deadlift shoeless. It might sound petty but it helps me on my lift. Also I make sure I wear clean socks. Other than that its an alright gym just go before peak time.

very spacey (i would say 3-4 times larger than CITY public gyms), peak times are at noon (12-3ish pm) and after work times (5-7 pm),, expect to wait at these times. Machines are well maintained and there will be 1-2 machines that are out of order (people dont report it so dont expect the gym to be Superman). Otherwise staff is friendly, bathrooms are well maintained (trash bins can get full during peak times). Steam room is gender neutral so expect to share that space with the opposite gender. It's a public gym, dont expect perfection haha. Overall, I would give this gym a solid 4.7/5 stars.

Very disappointed. I had 2 members sign up under me as a referral. Second member was not asked who referred him and he forgot tto state. Called the manager the next day. Was told it was not a problem Email him. Fast forward. New management. I was only given 6 months free. Was told cannot resolve problemSecond member had to state referral at sign up or no go. What? No motivation to fix problem I don't matter just another nember.

General Manager THREATENS members to cancel membership for unlawful reason. He is one-sided when it comes to members' complaints. He refuses to listen to members. He is just old and stubborn man. Talks to members in very condescending tone to especially to those who he thinks is younger than him. Very unprofessional person.

Decent gym. But the showers are kinda gross. Definitely want to always keep your sandals on.But they only have towels for sell. $3.50 eachEvery gym should have free complimentary towels.I don't want to go home from the gym every time with a wet towel I had to bring with me.Probably won't return to this location

Horrible experience. Signed up for a one day free pass. (FREE* as advertised on the site) I went in staff was just chatting amongst each other, no awareness for guests.. I wasn’t greeted, girl at the front was super rude, they wanted me to talk to a “fitness consultant” about joining when I was just there for a day workout. Consultant then tried to charge me 20$ for the day to workout, which is laughable. Makes me never want to go to a Golds ever again

Great lighting... Has more space, cleaner and customer reps are always happy. Weights are usually organized and machines are newer and work properly. I drive a mile or so further when I can to go here.
