Went into this Albertsons yesterday. Used to one of best in the area. No more as it's poorly run . Manager if you want to call him or her is incompetent. Meat is expensive and looks old. No one behind the meat counter. Ice cream is a disaster.Go to Stater Bros or Albertsons in La Habra. This location will be closed.

There's constant price discrepancies here! It's very frustrating to buy things here, be ok with the price on the shelf, then it rings up for double the cost! Or the app doesn't add the coupons correctly and you are mischarged. And when you bring it up to the staff, they are never "oh sorry about that, let me fix it" they make you feel stupid as if you don't know how to use the app. Yesterday, we bought buttermilk. The shelf said $1.99 for a pint and $2.99 for a quart. The PINT rang up for $3.99!! We walked a cashier to the shelf and stood there for five mins with them going "hmm that's weird!" With no offer to refund the correct amount. I'm always at this stupid store because it's the closest but I'm constantly ripped off here!!! There's a rule that grocery stores can't do that right? Where do I report this kind of crap!! This never happens to me at Ralph's.. and this doesn't even happen to me at Vons which is a sister company to Albertsons!! So why is it THIS location that I always have to verify my receipt, then have to GO BACK inside to fix it while my groceries are getting warm or melted??? Why. Honestly.

I purchases gift visa card for thanks giving but that was fraud and I reported to the store try to get money back but they said they dont control over it and need open case anf hear back from card company …. Hey manager that is for holiday gift if certain season passed that is meaningless … fee charged by you you should give a refund right away not let customer to wait and wait until forever…or give another card right away!!! That is your job! what do you feel if you were customers ? Manager. Hope to hear from you … until now still no response from alberson . Pls advise

Sympathy pieces are always a source of support for many people. So as a florist for Albertsons I try to make sure that those we make are beautiful so that they can bring comfort. Today,I am proud and extremely grateful to see that Albertsons florists feel the same. My sister-in-law received one that I recognized as one of ours.yes, that came from our La Mirada flower shop and I know Monica and Catherine who had no idea who it was going to. Nor would have it made a difference, they made sure that it was something that would bring comfort to a grieving family.I find it ironic and yet very comforting to see the epression on my nephew's mom when she saw it and saw the support her softball teamates sent her in a floral arrangement from one of my coworkers floral department

Typical large grocery store: expect Safeway brands now, and bring your Safeway card for club prices. Best Coupon deals are electronic within the Albertsons/Vons App. Large deli counter service inside. Paper coupons are also excepted....if you get them. Good values on marketed down meats ( close to pull dates)

I liked this store for few years but not anymore after meet managers in the store. I bought Fastrak devices few days ago. but I found there is small size device on the official site. So I wanted to return the items and went the store and waited manager. and the manager said you should go in the general line. so I waited in the line again. when my turn come, the cashier said you should talk to manager. and... back to manager... she said, sorry I never have an experience of this item then.. call somebody. waited more and more. the final word is please visit again the store manager is not here. what? so today. I visited again. the store manager is not ready to hear my voice. only He is reading the sentence of the metro fastrak at the bottom. even if the sentence is only for return the transponder when if not use the device anymore. but they dont listen. I explained this sentence is the same as the internet modem return policy(eg if not returned, we will charge you $25 kinda)He said "who knows you did not open this package?"... Oh no... it is totally selaled. I was shocked. He doubt me. I never hear of the return policy, now they says it is not refundable... I will never use this store anymore.. I spent my time (about an hour and half... for 2 days)for nothing.
