I am not going to beat around the bush here. The second you walk through the door it is all eyes on you and if you fit a certain age group or whatever it is they judge based on, you are a CRIMINAL! The night staff is blatantly prejudiced. Period. I came around 1:30 mistakenly thinking the pharmacy was open. (Obvious CVS Pharmacy Paperwork in hand). Since it was not, I sighed and decided to browse around a bit. I felt their eyes on me and felt uncomfortable, and kept catching them peeking at me from over isles of stuff. Finally, when I picked up an item, I heard the guy whistle at the other worker, and heard the lady say "I know"!! At that point, I dropped the item down and decided to leave and not purchase anything. As I was exiting the store, the apparent secret security guy who had been waiting to tackle me outside, comes in and and when he sees me leaving with nothing, pretends to be a bum asking for 40 cents. I told him, you're not a bum you have a walkie talkie and a nice phone in your hand, clean clothes, and a gold chain around your neck. And I left. It says it's open 24 hours and it's 11:30pm and there is workers inside but they are closed

Asian dude that works here has a real bad attitude. Asked me to use self check out and got mad that I had alcohol and Mucinex to purchase at the counter. Then I asked for a receipt and he got upset that I didn't grab it because it slipped my mind due to my fever and bad cold that's been whooping me while I work out in the sun all day. I said please bear with me bro I have a real bad cold I forgot. The dude made some slick remark after. The dude probably has had issues with others before as well. I've been coming to this CVS since I was 12

Don't ever have UPS drop any packages here. They will lie and say it never came even when Ups shows you pictures that they dropped it off

That cashier with the glasses and cane needs to be trained again on how to be respectful to customers; she is very disrespectful, raised her tone at me, and swatted my phone away when I showed an online receipt for a photo pickup order. She thought I cut an old man in line, when I didn't, but she made a big fuss about it. Rewatch the cameras again to see I've been there the whole time in line before the old man even came! She also had the audacity to say remarks about me to the old man in front of me. Even when all that happened, I still maintained a respectful tone and demeanor. It's really not difficult to be nice. It's free too!

I was just going to ask if he could break a $20 for me to use the lotto machine and the guy at cashier responded with a loud yelling voice in front of other customers ,I guess to embarass me. I was going to buy some stuff but since he is the only one at the cashiers station and is very rude, I decided to just walk out the door.

For the pharmacy They changed the hours and are completely closed for their lunch. And sometimes a bit longer than listed so just plan accordingly. The CVS itself is well maintained as it's 24hrs. The restroom is open most of the time for public use.

The store itself is nice, same with the pharmacy. Their bathroom on the other hand is a dump. They obviously don't go in there to clean very often and don't care about how getto it looks!

Managers are always so rude. Staff is totally uninterested in anything the customer is looking for. No matter how many times the manager changes, the culture in the store does not.

Norma wants to serve her Hispanic customers first and ignores other loyal customers. I was apparently in line and she decided to take care of the person behind me. It's not just me, I noticed. Norma treats customers differently. She is rude and cold to non-Hispanic customers but so nice to her folks.

I have a good experience with the nice staff, they have variety of products while is the flu season so many people are coming to pickup. If you need something faster and you know the product order to pickup.
