My mother-in-law took her coat there but they got her coat shrunk. When she conplained, they blamed her for lying and trying to gaslight her instead. Terrible owners, terrible service. Take your clothes somewhere else for your own sake.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. This is the worst dry cleaning experience ever. My mom took her coat (worth about $300) to be dry cleaned here, only to have it significantly shrunk and the inner lining completely destroyed. She tried to express this to the dry cleaner owner (middle-aged Korean man), who exemplified horrific customer service. He not only denied having caused any issues (despite having shown him all the areas that were defective as a result), but proceeded to yell and talk back rudely to my elderly mom and her friend. He refused to take any responsibility. At the bare minimum, refund the money that my mom spent to have you destroy the coat, dude. Have some professionalism and take bare bones responsibility. Even if you won't, there is a way to run your business that doesn't involve yelling, being condescending, and outright disrespecting your customers.If you do like to be yelled at and completely disregarded as a customer, then please, do come here.

If you post your closing time as 7PM, you should be open until then and not be closed & locked up when I arrive to pick up clothing!

Very professional. In and out very quickly. They have a special on dress shirt, $2.25 each. And they usually have a quick turnaround time.

I recently took many dress shirts and slacks to get cleaned and received them as if they weren't even cleaned but simply ironed. Not to mention the false advertisement on the windows of costs. Bad business!

Liars! On their store window they advertise dry Cleaning dress shirts for $2.25 so I very upset that they did not honor that price and charged me DOUBLE! They said the Owner has not updated the window sign and that price is incorrect. I am very much in favor of supporting small business and have been going to this cleaners since 1997! I am very disappointed and will not return here. I'm sure there are plenty of other local cleaners that are honest and truthful that will welcome my business.

12.50 to alter a shirt and didn't even throw in a cleaning , What ever happened to going the extra mile to make your business stand out above the rest? Glad their is a lot of competition out there!

On the window it says that they do same day service, but the girl there Sunday evening said that they can't do same day service and the best they can do is 4-day service. What??? Isn't that false advertising?
