Had a bad run in with one of the employees today. I live in an adu unit and share a driveway with my neighbor. This morning I asked the delivery driver about moving the unit farther over in the driveway so I can move my car due to needing it to be able to take my newborn to doctor appointments. The woman I spoke with told me too bad that's where it will be left until further notice and to take it up with the contractor that is working in my neighbors house. Well looks to me I will have to make it known to everyone and the company how this was handled today. So as shown in the picture this is how I will be stuck at home waiting for this to be resolved

For the second time in a year Emergency Storage was selected to provide a storage unit to house my furniture while a water leak in my home was being repaired. The person who delivered the unit was BARBARA. What a wonderful employee and representative of her company she is. She placed the unit exactly where I requested. She was precise, efficient, professional and friendly. She worked at a brisk pace while confidently going about her task. When it was time for the unit to be picked up, BARBARA returned. She carefully and skillfully mounted the unit on her truck and cleaned up the area where the unit had been positioned for three months. I was extremely pleased with the service I received. Emergency Storage is an outstanding, service-focused company with very competent employees. They will be my go-to company whenever there is a need for storage. I highly recommend the company to anyone in need of the services they provide.

I've worked for this company for 2 years this company is A great storage company, and if I can for myself Great and friendly Driver safe Reliable and Helpful and with Great Respect to All Home owners and there property, Emergency storage is The TOP of these Containers companies we use One of the Best Containers Boxes we place them carefully and to YOUR request. Emergency storage has two of the Best Owners Tom&Traci they two Drive and Help Relieve some of the work of the Day . We our the TEAM. Tom& Traci are two of the Best people to work for Respectful, Honest Fair, Friendly, Helpful and Generous.

Servicemaster contracted Emergency Storage for an insurance claim that we had. They were a great company to work with. The employee (I wish I had her name) was very polite, incredibly efficient and extremely professional. She delivered the storage container and placed it in our driveway perfectly and was done in minutes. Months later when we emptied the container, she picked it up quickly and even used a blower to get the dirt and leaves that had accumulated under the container while it was at our house. Can't say enough great things about this company. Thanks so much!

Professional, personable, helpful, considerate, efficient. This company, the team they sent to do the work, all that I have had contact with were fabulous. For more reasons than the obvious ones this was a difficult thing for me to go through. Emergency Packout helped to make it as smooth as possible.
