I come here to get a simple gel manicure and every time I call and make an appointment. Every time I have to wait 30 minutes or more. Today I went here and I was on time as usual and Tracy says she has to help her friend paint her nails. Completely disregards the appointment. I do like the way she does nails so for that they can have the one star. Going to look for a new nail salon.

Best kept secret in La Mirada! Tony, The owner is super sweet and attentive. The prices are incredibly reasonable and the service is outstanding. Loyal customer for over 15 years and I won't go anywhere else!

CASH they do not take card! But you can ZELLE. Price is average! I normally just get gel pedis and I go about every 6-8 weeks the nail polish does not chip. The matte when I get it looks matte and doesn't get all weird like it has at other places. I'll take my 7year old with me sometimes and she is a princess and they totally make her feel like one! Everyone has always been super friendly. Yes you can make appointments.

Not very happy with my nails. I've been here tons of times and never had a bad time. The girls are very nice, and I was seen right away, which was a plus. The reason for my not so positive review however, is because I went in today for just a regular manicure. Well during my time there the girl working on my nails was being very fast and rough with my nails. I had gel on when I came in so she was removing the gel and when she was cleaning my cuticles with the clippers, she tore part of my skin off. (You can see in the last picture) she treated my wound, which was fine, accidents happen, I'll just keep an eye on it to make sure it's ok. But that's not what I'm mainly too upset about, though I wish she wasn't so rough to begin with so I wouldn't have been hurt. What I'm mainly upset about is when I left the nail place, I noticed my nails were all filed crooked or are super rough. It's like all my nails have either a slight slant or a very obvious slant to them. I literally have to go find a nail file right now so I can see if I can even this out. I usually don't have any problems at this place, but today was not a good visit. My nails usually look pretty nice for regular manicures, but not today.

Service was super friendly, but unfortunately they are just not very skilled. I got a fill which took an HOUR. She filled down almost all my old acrylic and had improper acrylic application techniques which created a mess with the acrylic all over my skin. She filed down the messy acrylic work which not only took forever, but also nicked my skin and made me bleed a bit. I recommend just paying a little more somewhere else for people who really know what they are doing.

Lana is amazing!! Got a full set and waxed upper lip and eyebrows with her. Also Saturday evenings are a good time to do. Very calm and relaxing!

Every one that works at exotic nails are very friendly . They do an excellent job . They sanitize everything , you don't have to wait along time , the price is very reasonable . And the most important thing is that it is quite in the salon and the person that is attending to you socialize with you .I highly recommend this location.
