I was a bystander near returns. I was first alerted by a lady speaking to one of the employees in returns. I was somewhat alerted by her statement, " I don't feel well, can you please ring this up here." The employee who had just assisted me Micaela, and had been short, mouthed to another uoung girl in returns. She then looked at the woman asking for help and told her theee times "this is a return desk, I can't help you. Go to the garden." The woman who was profusely sweating told her, there is a line out there and I don't feel well." Eventually the woman asked to speak to a manager. A young man did not even acknowledge this poor woman and began admonishing her as if she was a three year old, repeatedly telling her there are three other registers you can use, I will do it this time but will not do it the next time. The lady kept insisting, I don'tfeel well ring my order," and he would not, instead he kept mocking this woman who I thought would pass out in front of me. She then became furious at his disrespect and began calling Home Depot, what I overheard to be Admin Offices, clearly now enraged by this young clearly innexperienced, and clearly beyond disrespectful, attacking this poor woman. After asking her to leave the counter and telling her he would not ring her up, he felt compelled to ask another employee to bring her an ADA cart. I am posting this in hopes that one of the store administrators or regional managers will read this. If Nathan is the best you can do in the way of a supervisor, then I question the stores ability to succeed. I don'tlive near this store, and most definitely would never ever come here. This was such an abusive individual. Being a business person, I know that my employees are an extension of myself and I would expect nothing but utmost respect not just to other coworkers, but to customers who are the reason they are employed. This was awful, the likes I have Never Ever witnessed, nor would want to. I invite Regionals and Admin to private message me for additional information, investigation and written statement. Absolutely horrendous and you will have it all on your cameras. Disgraceful. I left when my friend was done shopping, but not before I caught him and the other eployees laughing as the poor woman left, without her merchandise, as he refused to help her, in tears. Have never seen anything like this. Pray never to.

I just wanted to let everyone know how bad customer service I received in this Home Depot today. We asked a flooring sales associate named Dora to help us complete a quote. She just looked at us and left. Another sales associate called her and told her that we need help and she also ignored her. She later came back and sat down and completely ignored us again when we asked for help. Flooring is expensive and I do not understand why our business is not wanted other than the fact that racism is involved! She saw that we are Asians and I'm assuming she do not want to help asians! If Dora does not like working there she should find another job!

I wanted to thank Carmen and Ashley from the la Mirada home Depot we're going above and beyond what was necessary to fix the problem I had with a toolbox purchase it's customer service like that that will keep me as a return customer for years to come thank you so much

So far at this Home Depot I've had the best experience with customer service. Aiden was helping my mom with tile and he was really friendly and great great costumer service, not just with us he had a great attitude very patient towards all customers. We had some issues with the tile and Abraham came over got it all taken care of. Over all good experience. Thank you guys!!!

I live by La Mirada Home Depot but recently feel the need to drive to La Habra where they treat their customers with respect. I felt the need to toss this out there today because I'm sick of the females who have a bunch of attitude at La Mirada. I have a another home project during Covid 19 , So I was in need of 40 Bags of concrete. My husband & son walk up to the cashier (MARIA) at the back entrance of Lumbar.... Seriously. The First thing out of her mouth is 'WHAT DO YOU WANT' ?? My husband asked her , 'Who are you talking to him or me' ?? She says 'Are you guys together' ?? Honestly, What is wrong with this situation????? Is this how you address a customer?? Long story short , I live close & this is a HEAVY load so we still made the $142.00 purchase. Trying to finalize this purchase my husband asks, ' How much are the bags coming out to'? Because ONLINE their $2.87 a bag when you purchase 35 or more....She says 'We don't go off the Online price' !! That's ridiculous off your own Website, but yet if we purchased on line we would get the online price IN STORE upon pick up.....Either way after looking at the receipt My husband got the price. With a whole lot of unnecessary ATTITUDE. We bought our house 11 years ago, we have spent a lot of cash in this store.... That won't happen again. I will spend my cash we're customers are appreciated. What happened to the awesome friendly staff ??

It was a busy day at Home depot, I usually order online but I forgot to order something so I had to go in and buy the wheels that i needed. I was a little bit confused which one to get and wanted to ask someone, but because it was a busy day, the associate with the long colored hair couldn't help me right away because he has 2 other customers. I just picked what I thought is the right wheel that I needed and rushed to the cashier. Then I saw the same associate looking for me so that he can help me out. I am truly thankful that he didn't forget about my question and still helped me even if I was in line to pay already. Thank you so much, i truly appreciate it!!!! Sorry I didn't even get his name!

KAT FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. She helped us return a 190lb shelf that was damaged at the brea one. They didn't have any shelves in stock so she was coordinating with the Home Depot in Whittier. It turns out, the one in brea hasn't been released to the customer so we can't swap or return, so she's on the call with brea to release the inventory so we can return at la Mirada so we can purchase the same one in Whittier for the same price as their Memorial Day sale.....It's been a hassle... and it's been so heavy lugging these huge shelf that barely fits in my minivan... I HOPE IT ALL WORKS OUT... just wanna say... whoever is the manager at this Home Depot needs to make kat a freaking director of Home Depot or some high level customer service jon with a 6 figure salary....Not a suggestion.... needs to happen....KAT is saving me so much time, frustration......KAT FOR PREZ.

We walked in to order a door in the door department and we were told the door was available. He even mentioned it was a little scratched up on the frame but it was ready. So we paid for it and told our poor contractor that the door would be ready for pick up. On the day of pick up our contractor arrives to the Home Depot and is told the door is on back order. I called and asked to speak to the manager and got the phone pong run around. Don't order anything from them if u have a project. So my contractor lost out on having another job today because of the stupidity at Home Depot.

I ordered a part for my dryer. The status was next day for 4 days. Supposedly coming from Santa Fe Springs Federal Express. They are close. Why not in store for 4 days. I went to Store Saturday. They told me not until Monday. Now the status Just says on way. I have called 800 number. Only thing good for is letting me know what I paid. I will not order from Home Depot again. It is now Tuesday evening.

This review is specifically for Online orders, the first time I order online I had a very bad experience, my order was not received, the tracking number confirm delivery, but I was home at that time and I did not receive the merchandise, I call customer service and they dismiss my concern with a "sorry" meaning charges remain.Fortunately the issue resolve by itself, UPS deliver to the wrong address, my neighbor gave me a package that was sitting on her patio, it was my lost order from Home Depot. Home Depot needs to improve customer service and request pictures or some proof of delivery if my neighbor had not giving me the package, I would 've paid for UPS/Home Depot mistakes.

home Depot you can find just about anything there. and if they can't get it that same day they'll order for you via will call. The la Mirada staff is very knowledgeable and kind to their customers treating them like they want to be treated. la Mirada home Depot to hold the value of their customers answer the public. I recommend HD la Mirada to everybody that comes in for materials Christmas needs Halloween he's Thanksgiving needs disinfected products and much much more. hats off to you associates!

I'll like to complain about your disregard for both your employees and your customers during this hard times. I see that some of your stores you are limiting the amount of customers that you allow into your stores but not all of them so by doing that you're endangering the lives of those employees and customers at the stores where you're not limiting the amount of customers. Everyone that does not want to wait in line goes to these stores and you end up with hundreds of people inside. I hate to see how you're putting profits in front of people's lives. Just because the government considers you a an essential business does not mean you have control to put peoples lives at risk
