Upon arrival, I observed that the store had a single patio chair and one table that were already assembled, along with another table still in its original packaging. I inquired about the possibility of purchasing only the assembled chair and table. My request was granted after the employee consulted with someone else. I found that Jose provided excellent assistance during my visit, a stark contrast to the service I had previously received at the Norwalk location. Consequently, I was very satisfied with the level of assistance I received from the staff at the Long Beach store. Thank you Jose store associate.”

“I’ve been to quite a few Home Depot locations over the years, and this one continues to be a reliable place to shop. The store is clean, well-organized, and the employees have always been friendly whenever I’ve needed assistance.
What really stood out on this visit was the selection of carpet and upholstery cleaners, especially if you have pets. They had a wide variety of models from Hoover, Shark, Dirt Devil, Bissell, and Ryobi, making it easy to compare features and prices in one place. I ended up purchasing the Dirt Devil portable spot cleaner that was on sale for around $70, which was an excellent value compared to similar models. If you’re looking for something to clean up after dogs or pets without spending a fortune, it’s definitely worth checking out.
I also appreciated how well the department was stocked and organized, making it easy to compare products without feeling rushed. Overall, this was another great Home Depot experience with helpful staff, competitive prices, and a surprisingly impressive selection for pet owners. I’ll definitely be back for future home improvement projects.”

“I rode my bike there to return a small item. I was riding all over trying to find the bike rack. I couldn't find one. So I had to lock it up on a parking sign. Anyway, I walked and found customer service right away, turned the item, and left. I was in and out of there in less than five minutes.

“Had a great experience at The Home Depot. The store is well-stocked and organized, making it easy to find everything from basic home supplies to bigger project materials. Even when it’s busy, the aisles are generally kept clear and things are easy to locate.
The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, especially when I needed guidance on picking the right tools and materials for a home project. Someone actually took the time to walk me through options instead of just pointing me in a direction, which I really appreciated.
Checkout was quick, and I liked that there were multiple self-checkout and assisted lanes open, which helped move things along. Overall, it’s a reliable place to go for home improvement needs, and I’ll definitely be back for future projects.”
“Toilet handle broke on a weekend. Couldn't wait dor Monday. Took the broken handle to Home Depot in Westminster and told an employee that I have absolutely no idea what I am doing. He was very nice, explaining what needs to be done. He even allowed me to videotape him assembling the various parts. I went home, watched the video, and followed instructions. I ended up with a working toilet handle again! Saved myself a lot of aggravation and money.”

Emily not only helped me look for it, but went and grabbed a new one for me and even helped me tie the plywood securely to my car. “We did a full home renovation a little over a year ago, but I accidentally forgot about this place and decided to do a review now since we bought several items here and they have mostly stood up to the test of time. We bought 2 large LED mirrors for our Master Bathroom which have actually been fantastic. We also bought 2 other LED mirrors from Costco for our other bathrooms, and I'll have to say that the ones we bought here are much, much better and they were around the same price as Costco. You can definitely see the difference in quality not only in the lighting, but also in the mirror quality as the mirror we bought here has a much more clear reflection. I always thought a mirror is a mirror, but that is absolutely not true and it's clear when you have two different brands to compare them to each other, you can definitely see how one might have a better reflection than another. We also bought a freestanding bath tub which has so far been excellent. No issues so far and it also feels much bigger when you actually take a bath in it, then when when we saw it in the showroom. This also was probably around $200-300 cheaper than if we bought a similarly sized one at Home Depot or Lowes. With our freestanding bath tub, we also bought a freestanding bathtub faucet in nickel. Again, so far it's worked great and we have no complaints. This also was much cheaper than buying a more popular name brand such as Delta or Kohler. I would think it was more than half the price of the name brands. This was probably our best deal at Luxor. Finally, we bought 2 different brands of one-piece elongated toilets. This was probably our biggest disappointment. Although the price of these toilets were probably around one-half of name brands, such as Kohler, I think in the future, I would just go with a name brand. These aren't bad toilets, but one of the brands has really cheap seats that move around a lot. We tried to replace the seats, but it's hard to find a perfect size that fits. While the other toilet's seat is fine, but will splash a little water outside the bowl when you flush, which is kind of gross. Overall, we can live with the deficiencies of these toilets and would probably give them 3 stars for the price, but taking into account the other items, I'd have to give them 5 stars. Also, overall, the customer service is good. I wouldn't say great, but good and probably better than if you were to purchase at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“I always shopping to this Home Depot. I sometimes need to return some items and there's workers who are rude and look depressed to be working. Although, a young girl whom I always see customer service helped me a couple days ago. She told me her name was Jen and she was nicest person there who has so far helped me return some gardening items. In the past I've been helped by grouch older ladies that don't seem to have that spark of energy that this young lady has. I feel Home Depot needs to change a couple people from there mostly the older ladies because their mean sometimes or seem to not want to help. How can you work at the customer service department and not have a smile on ones face!. That is outrageous! Although my rating is based on this young lady who I believe is the sweetest.”
