I went to a work shop there about the human heart. It was good. Then had lunch there. It was very good also.

My first time doing Chair exercise. Love it. Tracy is our instructor very good makes us laugh and has a great personality. A friend Antoinette from Robinson's may kept telling me to join her. I am so happy I did.
