It was really busy and a few dryers were open, but they were only accepting quarters at the time. I was about to walk out with my wet clothes. When the older lady that worked their asked if I needed help, I told her the situation and she was able to get me some quarters so I can finish drying my clothes.
And even for how busy it was, the place looked really clean and neat.I will definitely be returning to this location”
“The BEST and CLEANEST laundromat I have ever been to! Just see the pics for yourself. Did laundry here for the first time last night and boy was this place spotlessly clean. Did not see a single broken machine. Lots of seating nicely placed in between certain areas. Really clean bathroom! “I recently moved to the area and had to find new shops for all my needs, and I'm so glad I found this place for alterations and dry cleaning. I found them on Yelp, and let me tell you, they live up to their amazing reviews!
First of all, the staff is incredibly kind and accommodating. I needed a dress dry cleaned on short notice, and while most places would have said no, they were willing to see what they could do. Jazmine is especially wonderful when it comes to alterations. I'm on the shorter end, so I often need my dresses altered. She listens carefully to what you're looking for and ensures everything fits just right.
Their prices are very reasonable, especially given the high-quality service. I truly felt like a valued customer. I highly recommend this shop if you're in the area!”

“No Poop Stains is the best wash and fold service in the area. They pay attention to detail and fold and organize your clothes so it saves time putting your clothes back in the closet. All of my underwear and bras are always folded neatly and sorted in its own stack from my partner’s, who has her own stack! It used to take me 1 hour to put away my laundry when I used other services and now it only takes 30 minutes because of the care the NPS staff puts into thoughtfully separating my clothes from that of my partner’s. The app used to put in a laundry order is incredible user friendly, and you can do everything you need within the app, like provide payment, instructions for washing and folding, where to pickup/drop off laundry, when to pickup/drop off. Laundry pickup and drop off times are always on point, and their service times are insanely fast - most times within 24 hours but sometimes it takes a bit longer if they have a lot to do. What stands out most about NPS is their customer service and integrity. You can text the staff/owner about concerns you have without having to talk to someone on the phone (anti social millennial here). I have lost cash left in my pockets at other laundromats and it was not returned to me - but NPS returns everything - even $400 worth of cash! Ed and the crew are honest hardworking people who actually care about people and getting laundry done right.”
“I’ve been to many different cleaners and it’s hard to find a good cleaner that does a good job but urban cleaners did an amazing job. I have a lot of nice clothes and polo shirts. I brought them 28 pieces. Some of the clothes had really old stains. they got everything out. Did a fantastic job. I definitely highly recommend them.”
“The best cleaners. They were able to do next day dry cleaning. Always call them last minute to see if they could accommodate and they have yet to let me down. They were also able to remove stains that other cleaners couldn’t remove.”

“Next to a Donut Place and behind 7 11 CC is easy to find. Karen changed my 20 dollar bill to 5 dollar bills. Large washers are 75 cents off on Thursdays from noon to 2pm. Toilet is super clean and ask Karen to unlock it for you.”

“Super clean and cheap . Cheapest wash $1.75 and dryers are 25¢ for 12 minutes . Most expensive wash is $5.00 but you can fit a good amount of things. Also has vending machines for snacks and laundry goods. Laundry takes quarters only and only accepts $1 and $5 bills for quarters . Best laundry out there tbh.Update : washers went up an extra 50¢.”
“These guys are the nicest most trustworthy, kind, hard-working people you will ever come across. I started living nearby a couple of years ago and so I brought my stuff in. There just so easy to work with if you need something stitched up or a button reattached it anything, they will do it for you usually with no cost but they are just so accommodating and go above and beyond. Recently I brought in a purse that I needed fixed because it was beloved to me and I bought it in Mexico. My shoe repair guy wouldn’t even try to fix it. Just some leather stitching issues. Not only did Action fix it but they cleaned the inside as well. These people are just good human beings. Go to them for all of your dry cleaning needs.”

“I had an expensive, chiffon beaded dress that I had dropped a cup 7 up on. The whole front was stained. I didn't want to take any chances with cleaners. I looked at all the reviews, and found Family Cleaners Whittier had very good reviews. He was friendly and welcoming. He explained that sugary sodas were touchy, but that he could do it. He charged me $10 less than he was going to, $25. When I picked it up, it was perfect, just like new. I was thrilled to have it back to its beautiful state. I would highly recommend this cleaners, especially for delicate things.”
“One of the cleanest if not the cleanest laundry in OC. The area is always clean and well- maintained. Everytime I do my laundry here , I always see Mari wiping the machines, making sure no spills on the floor. I highly recommend this place and during the week you come between 5 to 9 am, you get free drying! Awesome!”
“My wife fractured her ankle and was not able to keep up with the house cleaning, so we contacted Maid It Neat Cleaning and they did a wonderful job. The house was quite dirty but they went above and beyond and left our home very nice and clean. We are going to have them come every 3 weeks in order to keep up with the house cleaning. “We drive from L.A. just to wash here, and it’s always worth the trip. The place is spotless, well‑maintained, and has a really welcoming atmosphere. The owner is wonderful—consistently kind, attentive, and always takes a moment to interact with my toddler, which means a lot to us.
The free dryers are a huge bonus, and I’ve never had a single bad experience. It’s truly one of the best laundromats around, and we’ll keep coming back.”

“I was doing my laundry on Sunday nights but the attendant would take my things out of the dryer (even though they had just finished) and spent more time in the office eating with his daughter than anything else. I started going somewhere else. When my work schedule changed I started coming on Monday mornings. There is a very nice lady Rosa who is constantly working and cleaning. She is always very sweet and has even brought a cart to the door as she saw me carrying in my laundry. I now go every Monday in the morning. The place is always clean and the machines always work great.”

“I've been utilizing the cleaners since I've moved to Whittier about six years ago. Never had any problems. I'd also like to add that I am doing a five star review for them because we forgot to pick up some very important dance uniforms Saturday before they closed. I went into recon mode, trying to find out how to reach somebody to see if they would make an exception and allow us to pick it up on Sunday morning because we needed it for church. I hunted them down on Facebook and even hunted down one of the employees lol. Much to our relief someone hit us back and said that they would gladly meet us on a Sunday to pick up the important items. Needless to say that's true Customer Service and I am grateful because it could have been worse. Thanks again!”
