“I was looking for wings, and they were very hard to find. They are now called "party wings." And here I thought they were chicken wings.
Bought them at the butcher shop. Fantastic guy behind the case was great too talk to and he really helped explain about the difference between cooked (smallest and most expensive), frozen (medium sized) and from his shop (largest and cleanest). The farmers are feeding these birds something of bad quality and the wings are full of thick, black veins, and the meat is black. No more wings unless I buy them from the butcher (better quality, still black inside but more edible).”
“Great selection of craft beers and they have really good prices on liquor. I will say that their mixer game is a little lackluster. You wont find bitters, grenadine, or any other high end stuff like that but they have all the soda and typical stuff. Great staff and a community staple.”
“Store is always clean and very nice people, Mary and sam are very welcoming, beer is always cold they have a lot of choices , very nice I only go to this store , because they have much stuff to look at , and they are always getting new stuff”
“Been a go to for friend and family get togethers for the last 15 years! It's a bit pricey, but you're paying for the convenience. But yeah, you have to pay almost 3 times the amount for liquor. (CVS Smirnoff 750ml: $15 @ Cata it's over $30) not knocking the place, love Cata! Very convenient for those "hair of the dog" type mornings.”
“I've been coming here for years, primarily for lottery tickets and scratchers. The couple that (I assume) owns this place is really nice. It's close to my house and is never crowded, I strongly prefer it to a 7-11 type place.”
“This is an excellent spot. They have everything but specifically for me it’s for nicer whiskeys. They are always down to talk about each one and help me decide. The guys that run the place are great. Highly recommend coming here.”
