“Went to get international shipping. The couple who run the store were super helpful and took their time with each customer -most of the people that came in while they were helping me were doing Live Scan. If someone was missing documents, they didn’t just send them off. They gave them instruction on reaching out to the business that needed to give them the rest of the paperwork needed.
Super efficient. Also the business is clean and not at all sad or messy looking like most postal service places are looking these days.
Parking is also good on weekday -went on a Monday afternoon.
They offer Fedex (what I used as it was most reasonable), DHL and USPS for ship/mailing.
Highly recommend and will be back to mail and ship for things that need to go out asap.”
“Came into the store on July 22 at around 1:20 PM to return some Verizon equipment and the two gentlemen that were there were amazing very helpful and kind! The representative that helped me was able to figure out a mailing address that I needed because Verizon wasn’t helpful but he was able to figure it out fast and efficiently. They were also very kind and offered my kids some stickers. These two gentlemen deserve a raise for their awesome customer service!!!”

“I returned a package from Amazon. Came here as closest option. Friendly greeting, seemed happy to be helping me. Got home another delivery was waiting but damaged. So requested replacement and had to return. Back to UPS. I was greeted with a welcome back. She seemed happy to help. It is always great when you talk to a happy and friendly person. It brightens your day. My now favorite UPS store.”

She knows her regulars by name, is very upbeat, and provides the BEST customer service. I've been to other UPS stores in the area, and they've told me that this one is one of the best, especially since Swati trains a lot of them and is there for them whenever they have operation questions. Without a doubt, Swati and this UPS store team are wonderful members of the community and genuinely care about their customers.”

“I have worked across from this store for close to 15 years. I have used it for all sorts of shipping and notary needs and have referred clients as their notary service is very dependable. It is a very busy store that operates incredibly professionally. Recently Chirog helped me out. The line was 8 people long. He was so cheerful. He just worked through it so quickly. Another staffer delayed his lunch and stepped up to work thru the crunch. Keep up the good work!”

“These guys go above and beyond in service but that's only the cherry on top to this one stop shop.
We've been using their service for years whether it be for sending packages or getting things notarized.
I decided to write this review today because I needed to have something shipped via FedEx but also needed a custom sized box for another shipment.. I scheduled it out as a stop at FedEx then another stop at UPS. Only then did it occur to me to go here instead. They shipped my FedEx shipment no problem and even cut a box down to size for the other shipment I needed.
Great value as a business concept with added 5 star customer service. Couldn't be happier! Glad they're right around the corner from me.”
