I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this Mobil location. I came in looking for room-temperature water and politely asked the cashier multiple times if I could grab three bottles of the room temperature water in stock. He said yes. As I went to grab them, he made a hand gesture at me and said “you pay,” in a way that implied I was going to steal.
That assumption and the hand gesture were uncalled for, disrespectful, and felt discriminatory. I was doing nothing wrong and had already asked for permission. This is not how customers should be treated. The interaction was unprofessional and left me feeling targeted and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this behavior and provides proper customer service training

I really dont like this station. I rarely go there when I forget how much I dislike it. They do not honor the mobil card price as advertised, and when asked, they blame it on corporate like they control things. Never friendly in the multiple times I've gone inside. Pumps are usually very slow and dirty.

I feel this gas station is stealing. I pulled in because they're advertising $4.77 per gallon outside, but halfway through I see the pump itself has a higher price of almost $5. (I understand the price difference of cash and credit prices). Tried to talk to someone inside but they have the doors locked during day hours

Gas prices are generally better than other stations. I see many complaints of people who aren't reading the sign correctly when it says CASH price. If you want to save money just bring cash.
