This 2 star review is for the pharmacy, not so much the personnel, who are fine, but for the phone service. My health insurance provider switched me to CVS, from RiteAid, which is okay, but from day one I had problems with calls to the pharmacy...specifically wait times. While at the pharmacy you can hear the phones ringing, sometimes way too long without a 'please hold', and it's not like personnel are standing around, it just seems they need another person to make them more efficient. I used to call RiteAid and get someone on the phone to help me in 3 or 4 rings. If I did get put on hold, it's not for very long. This CVS, on the other hand, takes way longer to get help on the phone. My last call was just shy of 24 minutes, probably 23 minutes on hold. When I called in, I was told I was "caller #6, so I knew it might be awhile, but "caller #6" doesn't mean squat if you don't know how fast customers are being helped. 5 minutes to wait? 10 minutes to wait? And how inefficient does a pharmacy have to be to stack that many calls on top of one another? It would be nice if they invested in that kind of phone system that predicts your wait time...."approximately 10 minutes", or updates you as you get closer in line. If they did, and it was longer than you cared to wait, you could simply hang up and call at a later time. The way they do it, you are simply in a black hole of wait time. And you know that they are helping walkups that come in while you're on hold, I see it when I'm in the store, when, in a perfect world, you were in line (on the phone) first and the walkup should have to wait THEIR turn. Like I said, the personnel are okay, you get a friendly smile from half of them, but everything surrounding their phone service is bad. What's worse is that I was calling only to find out why I couldn't refill, on my CVS phone app, a 90 day RX (90 pills) which was filled 105 days ago. They offered no explanation why their system messed up, and they did process my order that day...but that was 24 minutes I'll never get back.

Normally, this CVS location is alright, but this evening my mom and sister were met with a terrible customer service experience. My mom has a coupon that expires after today, and when she got to the checkout, the clerk, who also happened to be this shift's supervisor, said that it was already expired by just looking at the coupon. He scanned all the five items, got and then the coupon, and the checkout display said "Pending Validation", but the supervisor was quick to say it was not going through and that the system was not taking it, and said that it was not valid anymore. He said that she can come in tomorrow to talk it over with the manager. Clearly, it could've worked because the coupon deal was still pending. Why was he there as a supervisor in the first place if he could not solve a simple problem on his shift? My mom ended up not purchasing those items that she got today because she was upset at how the supervisor did not have a good customer service. He seemed to be a lazy kind of employee. When she got home, she called other CVS locations around the area and they said the coupon would still be fine. Some services offered the coupon! Looks like we'll be going to other local CVS locations from now on.

Really disappointed with Cvs today , I walked up to the counter and placed my things down then a Male walked in and asked the cashier about western union . The cashier ignored me walked to the other end of the counter and told the man let me call my manager to see if we can , then after the phone call ended another employee walked over to the cashier and they began discussing about western union for the man. I'm still standing at the counter for a couple minutes with no help even though I was there first and should have been helped prior the that man . I finally had to speak up and say I'm not waiting any longer this is unacceptable to stop my transaction to help someone else . One simple rule in customer service first come first served. Completely shameful to treat people in that manner. I'm going to have to think twice before returning. Do better Cvs 100% not ok . Poor poor service.

They have really bad customer service. I agree that people working here seem to hate their job. Definitely the service in CVS on Imperial and Santa Gertrudes is way better. Won't go back to this location.

My complaint is that while this CVS sells lotto tickets, they didn't have enough cash in the entire store to cash out $209. I realize that many stores don't keep a large amount of cash for safety reasons, but it's hard to believe $209 wasn't available during mid day hours. I can only assume they just didn't want to make the effort of producing the money. Another classic case of a business willing to take your money but not giving it when it's due.

I love this CVS!!! First of all, it is HUGE with all kinds of great gift ideas, groceries, cards, and self care selections. I almost always find something I'm looking for... and then some! I can't recall a time when I have not been treated well by the employees either. In fact, one time when I was telling the guy that I get 17 miles or receipts when I come in that I usually forget to even use them, he offered up a couple of different suggestions and also put the cosmetic coupon dollars onto a gift card! Nice!!! That was going above and beyond. Best greeting card selection around too. Basically it is a CVS, but I think this one is just that much better to meet my needs than any of the others around. CHEERS!!!

They have the worst customer service over the phone. Spoke with Brenda. She didn't give me the time of day at ALL! I couldn't believe it. I had to repeat myself three times for her to finally hear what I was saying. Either she wasn't paying attention or she just didn't care. Either way, it's unacceptable and she shouldn't be answering the phone.
