“The update: I was able to get my door delivery after incorrect delivery information. People on the phone cannot guarantee when your items will be delivered as they do not load the truck. If you live on a residential street, ask for your items to be put on a "box truck" because you are on a narrow street. Make sure your phone number and address are, associated with the delivery. By "curbside" it means they can bring it next to your garage door, but they may not be able to "tip" the merchandise (I had 2 friends with me on delivery day in order to get 3 items into my house) . The package was left on a wooden pallet for protection. Also, should you have to call the delivery company for any reason, do it early in the morning. Don't be deterred by negative reviews. Remember: correct address & phone information, box car if narrow street, have a couple friends, be pleasant and you should end up with a good delivery.”

“I was hesitant on visiting this location due to the reviews online. I'm over the moon happy happy happy with the customer service I received. Jose Gonzalez was customer service. Rep. From entrance ,until I drove off the atmosphere was polite, jovial, gracious. There was another customer. Srv. Rep. present shortly after . She was extremely friendly, offered me some of her candy from her jack -O - lantern and had some awesome music to break any awkward silence. The car i received was 2024 Blk. Nissan Altima and I got to choose between 2 cars. My choice! Perfect...highly recommend this team, pair of company service reps! Way to go! And THANK YOU...”

“This is one of the areas in SoCal that's difficult to deliver in so have your route dialed in if you're delivering during traffic hours if you're there later in the evening it's much easier there's parking on the street on the side and there may even be parking on site if there's any room left
The maneuverings tight and it's kind of chaotic with getting a dock assignment but it's generally pretty easy
