UPS has an extremely beaucratic system. They did not take any action to retrieve my lost package. First, when I called, a representative from customer service told me to contact the local store. The local store told me it was the distribution center's responsibility. The distribution center pushed me to customer service again and the customer service blamed the local store again. After I explained this deadlock, the customer service kicked my case to the investigation department. No further progress were made and my packages were lost.

Airports only screen you & your bags on the way IN. If you work here, they screen you and your bags both on the way in AND on the way out, which is understandable to make sure that employees aren’t stealing packages, not even smaller ones that may be easier to conceal. I only took two days of orientation then decided I didn’t wanna work here. Fortunately they paid me for attending those two days of orientation.Unless the video relay interpreter I used on phone calls with this company misunderstood and/or mis-voiced, I did request an ASL interpreter for my orientation and did not receive one. Lemme guess: their extra-super-beefed-up security is the reason they didn’t get one since they only let in those who either already work here or will be working here.According to the supervisors who gave the tour of the facility to orientation attendees, this facility is among UPS’ newest, only having existed and been operational since 2016. There is an employee parking garage complete with a bike rack in the corner.

Worst experience, I have a receive signature delivery, delivery guy came to my door and put other packages but left the house without knocking the door.I was inside the house waiting for this delivery whole day but they said receiver unavailable without even know if I was inside the house.I will never suggest anyone to use UPS anymore.

Someone stole my package there and I can’t get in contact with this facility. I have to call the store that my mom shipped it with and they called this “customer center “ where they said that they can’t send my package back because they can’t find it. when I go to find my air pods they’re in different locations! One is in the facility and the other is in someone’s house in Los Angeles. I live 8 hours away and can’t do anything about it because UPS decided to not let you call this facility. It’s been 2 weeks now no response. How is this a customer center when they can’t even answer the customers calls !

Who has hours of 6pm to 8:30pm. Package was lost, told me to go to Baldwin park, hours 8am-12 noon. Only to be told it's in La Mirada. Ups makes it really hard.

Worse place ever. I send prices family videos on vhs to be converted to digital. A worker printed the label back on November 11, 2022 and never placed it or scanned it to the system for transfer. Now the box is loss and UPS is not doing nothing. Shame on this warehouse, the terminal manager and that worker who did their job half a**.

ups does not have a qualified customer service sept . first of all the don't let you email them for lodging complaints. one must talk to a virtual MACHINE . Isome ups drivers , not all but the ones who violate every traffic / parking law are abundant . today one particular driver blocked my handicap area so he did move up a notch to where he parked in the red zone blocking the right turn only lane I took photos tried reaching out to ups to no avail . so I posted photos / story about the incident on several media sources ups is all about greed not customer service

Had a package get delayed over a late trailer arrival I call and see if it's possible If I can just come and pick up my package instead of having to wait even longer the person I talked to was just not helpful this center is 21 minutes away from where I need it delivered these delays make no sense and it makes no sense why I can't just simply come and pick up my package
