I pay for a post office box to be able to get my mail outside of hours and they lock the door before they’re supposed to. I showed up about 20 minutes before closing and there were other people also sitting outside frustrated because the door was already locked and the sign on the door has clearly posted Post office box lobby hours. If I wasn’t paying to come here, then it would be less frustrating, my schedule doesn’t allow me to come at different times so I’m at the mercy of whoever feels like getting off of work early, or waiting until closing to lock the door.

Nancy is the individual who helped me with my daughters' and my passport applications. She is extremely helpful. I've asked questions, repeated questions, and even asked for clarification multiple times. In most instances, people would quickly get frustrated, but Nancy was very patient and explained everything thoroughly. I would 100% recommend doing your passport applications here. I went to La Mirada since my other schedule for La Habra was cancelled, I then called La Mirada and they were able to accommodate me as a walk-in for the passport. The lady named Cristine was very helpful and very fast with the passport. Her information was very clear and she was very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend the staff and this place is very helpful, friendly, and quick. The best passport assistant.

Requested package to be redilvered on a given day but never delivered. Two days later still sitting at post office.

This USPS location is quite nice, the front lady is so nice and pay attention to details, there is no wait line. Whole environment is clean. My package is delivered faster than scheduled.
