It's an okay store I prefer the Walmart super center in Beach at the same street a couple miles down imperial. This is a very small store and prices are a little too high, and the selection of items kind of suck, but I would prefer this store over an Albertsons any day.

I get that all the beauty items are locked, but it's a mission trying to find anyone that will come and open the glass cases for you. There used to be a button to ring for service, but it's not there anymore. On top of that, once you take it out of the glass they walk it up to the cashier for you so you can't pick the fastest or shortest line, nor can you do self check out. I'll stick to buying my moisturizer and sunscreen from Amazon from now on. Also, the employees can work on their customer service. They're not the friendliest over here.

I have come to this specific Walmart for quite some time now and have never thought to leave a review until now. English is not my first language, so speaking it has always been a struggle. From the other times that I have come, not a single cashier would be able to understand my Spanish so I always tried my best speak English. Then today, I was helped out by 'Coral' who finally could speak Spanish, what a joy! Whole time while helping out her customers had a sweet smile on her face, value your bilingual cashiers!

One of the employees there was extremely helpful. I asked for assistance and she immediately paused what she was doing and guided me to what I was looking for. She deserves a raise!!!

Well you did it again!! This time it was a price issue I put a apple cider vinegar in my basket. When it was time to pay, it rang at 7 something, but there was a price there of 4.74, 2 sizes! 2 different prices right? So a cashier was nice and said I'll go look, but she couldn't find it on the first try so she said "I'm sorry I have to open my register" I said, it's there anyone else?? She said. "no, because there are not enough people, go to customer service!" So I walk to customer service and a very arrogant Jovanna or Johana is her name, she acted 100% like she was doing me a favor just by talking to me, she too could not go look for a price check as there was no one behind me and amazingly she had a coworker next to her helping someone' so I said, look I'm going to take a picture, soI did. After seeing the picture she said "the price it rang up was the right price"really ?? 2 sizes same price?) she proceeded to say "I'm going to give it to you for $4.74 this time" with the biggest attitude !! I didn't say anything because I figured why? But to add salt to the injury, she told a coworker "go take the cheaper price off , the small bottles". Where was he when I needed a price check 5 minutes earlier. This is the worse place with more incompetent people, who have no idea, the reason they get a pay check it's because of people like me that walk through their store door. I'm NOT going back! Or my large family. I know they don't care, but I care where I spend my money. Hopefully you do too.

The line to check out was long and it took a long time for a new cashier to help. I went to cashier and he was very rude. This is not the first time this location has had rude employees.

I was renting a carpet cleaner this morning about 9 am. This store. Has a machine that you don't have to deal with one of the staff members but they watch you like your doing something wrong. You put your debit card in the machine, fill out your personal information o rent the machine. This machine is like a vending machine, it asked what machine you would like to rent add to total, if you would like to purchase carpet shampoo, yes add to total. Confirm total and complete transaction. Your receipt is e mailed to given mail. Door on machine opened and you pull out cleaner and states take bottle of cleaning solution. Grab machine and bottle and walk to the door, Theresa steps in front of me and tells me to pay for cleaner. I tell her in was paid for on the machine, she tells me that I can't pay for it on the machine I need to go to a register and then she involved another cashier she states the same thing. I want to show her my receipt on my phone , as I reach into my pocket to get my phone she steps back. At this point I asked here to call the police, I slowly take out my phone and show her my receipt with machine and cleaning solution on it. Payment proof provided to her and she let me go I made a simple statement that she needs to train her people in the cashiers machine can do so they don't accuse people of stealing. And a simple apology stating that they were wrong would have been nice.

This stores customer service lacks so much attention. I come here because it's the closest supermarket from home but every tripHere always disappoints. Long lines for checkout. Self checkout is always backed up as well. No one in customer service desk for returns. There's employees standing around and no one can help with a return in customer service because apparently the person in charge is "on break" how can you not have someone cover that persons brake?!? Definitely lacks customerService in every way!! What a disappointment.

The worst place to come, I always get attitude from the entire staff, no one is nice here. I'm done being a Walmart shopper so knock your socks off people at this place because I'm done spending a penny here and I hope this place gets shut down and I attend to get a hold of who's in charge of the manager because nothing is getting done. After being a customer after two years I recently started to collect checks. When I go the woman in glasses always gives me a hard time about the check's condition. My check had a slight crinkle and was not going to cash it. This isn't the first time this employee has had an attitude she asked me who my checks are for? Never got asked that at any California Walmart. I always seems to not be attended to right away, I'm never acknowledged as a human or customer. No one is welcoming or smiling. The cashier woman stare with a bad attitude and I had asked a question and got a blank stare. I'm sick of my family and friends getting uncomfortable feelings about this place so that is why I am here today telling you all this Walmart really need improvement on customer service

This store has the worst customer service! Night manager (MJ -7:30) pm is so busy chatting, we waited over 15 minutes for her to come ring up liquor for 2 customers in front of us in line. The checker tried to apologize for the wait and really did not want to tell us her name. We will shop anywhere else due to the poor management in this store. I worked in the grocery business for 15 years and cannot believe this is acceptable.

What a joke. Three female staff (one marking receipts, one who just walked away from customer service area,and third woman at the register at 11:50 am today are ridiculous and rude!!! Gave dirty looks and didn't help at all. And then they tell me customer service is closed for an hour. I've never heard of that before. Staff here really need to be trained and have some common courtesy. Geez!!! What a sad location with bad staff

What is it with Walmart neighborhood market and normal Walmart with their call center button in the liquor aisle, are those things even hooked up to anything. this is now the third time I have had to wait over 10 minutes after pressing each stores assistant button and was rudely talked to by employees because I'm the one aggravated having to wait for 15 minutes for liquor which it should only take you two minutes if the button is actually hooked up to something to come and help a customer out. But I guess the customer is in the wrong. Thank you lady with the tattoos on your neck you caused this review. Simply asked if the button was actually hooked up. No apology for the 15 min wait just was told next time talk to talk to the people in the front. Then remove the call button if it is just for looks!

This store has sufficient staff standing around watching customers wait in long lines instead of opening more registers. Why dont they put in more scan &go instead of having registers lines that they NEVER USE?!

I needed something from the cosmetics section so I pressed the button for an employee to unlock the door and waited about 10 minutes before pressing the button again and waited 5 more minutes, in that time I saw multiple employees walk past the aisle so I when I turned the corner I saw a group of about 5 employees standing around and asked if someone can open the door for me and that's when they finally did. It's not the first time this has happened
