My wife called today around 10:30am and spoke to Jessica. We were out of meds and the earliest appointment that the doctor has is September 13. She was able to get a supply of emergency meds. Jessica is the best!!! her kindness, understanding and customer service is phenomenal!!!!Thank you so much!!! ??

I called today 9/4/2023 and spoke to JESSICA. Who was an absolute ANGEL. I explained that our doctor just dumped us and sent us to a new doctor, without any medicine refills. I spoke to new doctor and he said no refills because you are a new patient?. I called the Walmart pharmacy and explained to JESSICA, that we only needed 5 days of pills, just until new doctor appointment. She totally understood and asked PHARMACIST for approval. YesWe really appreciate YOUR KINDNESS AND UNDERSTANDING JESSICA AND PHARMACIST THANK YOU

I always have friendly service. Covid vaccine or boosters are no longer available, but Jessica gave so many choices to look for because they no longer take Tricare because of the government.

I happen to find this location most convenient and staff helpful and friendly BUT the frequent changes to the hours of operations makes getting my prescriptions very difficult.

The staff here are kind and helpful but due to the comedy of errors with the Walmart systems I forever having issues with getting information straight. Received text saying medication ready for pickup only to be told it was mailed. Told it was mailed only to find out it is waiting for pickup. There is such cross of communication that it makes me laugh in despair every time.

Very disappointed with this pharmacy was taking it on my doctor but the person that picked up the phone told me doctor didnt call in anything then i get an alert that medicine is ready at 8:35 pm. What happened to having pride in your job? Well you do work for walmart.......

I've been a long time shopper of Walmart. I used to go to the one one in La Habra off Harbor Blvd and never had a problem. This place has horrible customer service, I forgot my debit card, tried to pay with a check and they said they couldn't take it because I didn't have my DL. I said I can run home and get it, and the nice girl at the check out said she would hold my cart for 20 mins... I rushed home with toddler in tow, grabbed my wallet and was back in 10 mins... My whole cart was put away. I will never shop here again. I have made sure to tell all my coworkers and friends and family not to shop here.

The only reason I'm giving it 3 stars is because both times I've ever had to use the bathroom at this place, it was disgusting. Pee on the flower trash all over the place. This time it looked liked someone made the attempt to clean them said forget it and even left the bottles on the sink along with overflowing trash. If they could keep the restroom clean this place would be great! I mean even the produce is good along with good prices! Come guys get it together you're better than this!

I shop here all the time. I pass 2 stores to go here. But after I went here on Saturday I don't know if it is worth it. 1: staff not trained I went to the front to ask for a manager. She said she would find me one. She stood in-front of me and looked up and down the isle to see if she could see a Manager. I asked if he had a intercom. She stated that he does not and has no way to call one to the front. Wow great customer service there -1 Star 2: manager The so call manager who I found at first did not want to talk to me it felt like. Then I asked here to follow me so I could show here what I found. She did and I took her to the bacon section. I showed her a pack of bacon that was over a month old. She stated that she was sorry and that they most of missed that one. I said wait there is more. About ten more packs and the more I gave here the older the bacon was. I found one that expired in Jun 2019. It is Sept 2019 now. Come one you just missed one, REALY. The next thing that came out of here mouth shocked me. "Oh this is not my department". This is not your department I'm thinking... wow... a store manager that does not step up. -3 starts Shame on Walmart for this. They could get someone really sick or kill someone with this type of.... it's not my department.

I shop here when I need something in the spur of the moment . But lately their shelves are half emoty and it goes for days and days with the same thing out so apparently they're not stocking their shelves everyday. And you do have to watch the dates on the things you buy because I've noticed things that are well beyond the date and they're still on the Shelf . The employees are very friendly.

After 2:30, there's only ONE CHECKER!! After everyone gets off work!! You either have to wait a long time or do self checkout!!! What if you want to buy wine/ beer!! You wait in line behind people that are doing weekly shopping!! No other checker!! I came across an employee, ALONDRA, couldn't give me the time of day, I asked about the checking situation, she walked away mid sentence, telling me to call the 800# . Don't you train your people CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Just ACT like you care! She does not !! Tooooo bad! Gonna lose customers!
