I got hurt at work so they sent me to this place for workers comp.I'm giving it a 3 because no one took the time to explain to me of what was happening. I was super lost the entire time I was there.But the people are nice. Takes while to get through it all. First time here so not sure if this is the usual wait time.

It was take long time for waiting even I have appointment. I waited for 1h30 and doctor met me in 10 minutes. They have no time to listen to the patient!

I had my urine drug test done for employment. No appointment needed. The 1st male Medical Assistant didn’t know how to process the urine drug test forms to print out through their app on their iPad. So he had ask another female Medical Assistant to take over. I already had put my water bottle, purse, key in the lock box. So I asked this female Medical Assistant if I can get some more water while waiting for her. She told me did I tell the front Medical Assistant that? I said no. She said we’re closing soon, the front Medical Assistant shouldn’t have you checked in if you couldn’t pee. I told her I didn’t have to say that to the front desk because I’m asking you now. Before I came to Concentra, I couldn’t hold my pee at home. I drank coffee and barely woke up to get ready. I had to defecate before I left home. Then she told me I have to come back another day. I said no. I hope I drank enough water. I’ll try to urinate. Other than this female back office Medical Assistant, the other workers were friendlier and nicer than her.

Went in for a drug test, was in and out pretty fast. Staff were nice.

I know without an appointment the wait is longer, I waited an hour to be called back. So to anyone reading this I highly recommend scheduling ahead of time. The doctor and staff were very kind and respectful. I was happy with the way they make you feel at ease in a doctors office.

I came an hr after opening for a pre-employment test. Staff was hospitable and quick to get patients checked. Very good experience overall

The time in the waiting room was short. I had an appointed time and that was when I went back to room to be checked. The doctor I saw was great, explained things fully.

Notice how the only good reviews about this place seems to be from people that just went to get a drug test. I honestly don't know how these "doctors" can go to sleep at night knowing their job is just to say people are fine even when they're not. But honestly doesn't surprise me when I see names like Berg there, seems only doctors that work there are them or people on H-1B1 visas so they have to do what concentra tells them to, they dont actually care about what's wrong with you here just about collecting their shekels, sad because this is how they making everything now in this corrupt total control communist system, we are just a number to be used and when we give everything and get hurt, they just toss you aside and get the next one smh. I would pray for these people, but they don't deserve it, wasted enough time over 3 hours on last visit just for them to tell me I'm fine when I'm obviously not

Personnel were courteous. The final dr. Set impossible requirements for my personal doctors to fulfill. Even though I passed all physical and mental requirements set out by California dmv your doctors did not pass me. Consequently I am not able to continue my commercial class A drivers license.

The wait was rather long, but I didn't have an appointment. Kids were running all over the waiting room area, which was very annoying. You know it's one of those things where you wouldn't be at Concentra if you didn't have to be. Then, to encounter this behavior from kids makes it even worse.The PA went through the motions very quickly with me once in the room. I almost felt as though I was in a Grand Prix race. But I felt that she executed what needed to be done.Going forward, I think it's best to make an appointment. Overall, it wasn't too bad. But it would help if the front desk told the parents to keep their kids under control or take them outside.
