My father has been going to Davita and Dr. Kumar that I feel compelled to share, hoping it might lead to constructive changes. Unfortunately, my expectations for professionalism and patient care were not met, which was both surprising and disheartening. The quality of care offered here is not great. This is particularly concerning given the importance of trust and transparency in healthcare.Regarding Dr. Kumar's care for my father, it seemed to lack the attentiveness and compassion we had hoped for. This was disappointing, and it has led me to reconsider our choice of healthcare provider.I believe in constructive criticism and think that feedback can be a powerful tool for improvement. I hope Davita and Dr. Kumar see this as an opportunity to reassess and enhance their approach to patient care.

I gave this place several chances, but they still couldn't get it right. If you have to do dyalisis, chose another location because this place has a lot of incompetent employees.

Hygiene level is below average: I mean the nurses there, especially (not really professional). After the chemo treatment, though. I could rest as when I got home. So disappointed I had to fix the whole things myself every time, because the types opened, as unsecured, and never a signature as it it is required. Those "Emergency Kits" could only be seen when someone was sent to interview/check, as I'd learned as it was so obviously.. The machines' alarms have kept going on most of time. It is well known that there'a the patiens' catheters -problem, not the machines. Personally I went through one time Urgent Care, and two times the ER situations: The difficulties such as searching maps, then awaiting hours to get checked in, the worriness of possible getting infection, and physically-transportation as well. I decided transfer back where's 18 miles more to drive. Literly I d rather want peace of mind than had experienced too much negativs , as a patient. So I had to leave!

I've been a patient here for 9 years. Davita took over what was once a privately owned dialysis center and transformed the space by revitalizing the interior and Implementing it's more rigorous policies and standard operating procedures. This of course has translated into a healthier environment for each patient. The staff here is wonderful. The nurses and technicians genuinely care and make me feel at ease during my treatments. They listen to my concerns and they are quick to act in cases of emergency. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of hemodialysis treatments.
