ANDREA is an expert ... and so is some others, maybe. But Andrea is patient and more, she knows how to explain to a senior guy, like me, who is clueless to the new tech, in a way that I can understand. She took time to assist me log in on the computer. She gave me options how I can access and print my stuff.
A lady came in and was being assisted by another. When she left she greeted Andrea by name. To me, this shows that Andrea has a personable client service which make them remember her.

I will never use FedEx or FedEx office again. They they will mess your delivery up but keep your money. I've had too many issues with them. I will not recommend them to my customers as well. They don't care about you. They just care about your money!

They have the new self service printers here at this location now. Not a fan of new printers as the colors and quality is off when printing full color on labels or thicker paper.

We paid for Priority shipping to get my visa to go back home to the United States and were GUARANTEED it would arrive Friday but it never did. They changed the date last minute to Saturday by 6pm. I check out of the villa at 11am and have to be at the airport by 3pm! I have rescheduled my flight twice already and paid extra fees plus extended my villa reservation! We paid extra money to make sure it arrived FRIDAY not SATURDAY! I had requested to be notified by cellphone number or email for tracking updates but they never notified me. I've had to reach out to a friend from the USA to check for me because FedEx doesn't allow access from Indonesia which is ridiculous. Very upset with this service. Never again will I use FedEx!

DO NOT USE A DEBIT CARD TO PRINT HERE!!! My print jobs were supposed to cost $3.22, I looked at my statement and every time they charged me $5, and another time $4 and odd cents for the SAME EXACT PAPERS that's were supposed to cost $3.22!! Never using this location ever again.

People need to stop talking like Roberta when you are asked a simple question answer when some one says 4 day only don’t offer and try to change there mind to a two day/you guys gotta learn to listen customer service people)
As for people at this location for the most part I found most of them helpful a few others deff. Not stop with the laziness people ,learn from your other valuable employees.

Would not accept a wrapped box because it was wrapped in butcher paper told me to buy a box or find another box to put it in. They are so wasteful.
