It took about a week for the paperwork to be processed after he submitted it to the department that does the final review. He followed up almost daily until everything was complete. “Almost didn't go to this branch because of the low reviews, but I think these were older ones. Don't know if there was a change of management or anything, but my visit went smoothly. Needed to deposit a larger check. There were no lines, so there was only one teller open. 5 mins later, the line suddenly got very long so they opened up more tellers.
Hector was the one that helped me. He was quick, smooth, and helpful. No complaints on my end.”
