“My truck died and I ended up having to get a new car right away. Ulysses was the person from Autoland who helped me find an affordable car as soon as possible. It's a very long story of what happened to finally get the car but what I will say is that Ulysses went way above and beyond to help me get a new car right away and at the cheapest price. And the bank also was working hard to help me get my loan and get everything going so I can get the car. I apologize for taking a while to write this review but I have been going through some personal and family issues. I took too long in responding to a survey that was sent out to me and I apologize for that. I have been talking about Ulysses and credit union to everybody I know and everybody that's been asking me about my car. I am so grateful to Ulysses and the credit union for everything they did for me. What I have been going through right now lately has taken a big toll on me so when my truck died it was a big blow. So Ulysses and the bank helped me so much more than they realized. “I have been a member since January 2000, and decided my husband needed to open an account with SchoolsFirst. We went in on June 11, 2022. This branch is beautiful! The gentleman at the front desk welcomed us. He thanked me for my membership of over 22 years. He also thanked me for bringing my husband in to join. We waited about 10 minutes; it was a busy Saturday. We were greeted by Miguel Vazquez. He was dressed professionally, welcomed us, thanked us for our patience in waiting and asked us to follow him to his desk. I already had an account, so it was fun to see how Miguel presented the credit union to my husband. He discussed the products and process. My husband received his ATM card right away. Miguel also did a "re-cap" of EVERYTHING he discussed and did for my husband. Miguel told me he has been there about 9 months or so (longer now as it has taken me over a month to find time to write this!) I was SUPER impressed with this young man. Why is this so important to me??? Because I worked for SchoolsFirst years ago, I left in 2008. I am SO HAPPY to see that SchoolsFirst continues to demonstrate WORLD CLASS MEMBER SERVICE! I am proud to still be a member. Great job Miguel! I hope you get recognized for your professional and friendly service! YOU IMPRESSED ME!!”
