“Good store, Saw a traffic light inside the store that was funny. it’s a 2 story store but the escalator didn’t work so you climb it like a stair case. Restrooms are on the second floor and they aren’t the best or the worst.”

“It's no wonder my wife spends so much time here. She sent me for these simple little paint craft things of The Nutcracker, said she could'nt find them anywhere else. I got those, but the kid in me kind of was inspired to came out- tons of neat stuff prompting the nostalgia- The Grinch themed stuff- a whole aisle- and tons of Holiday Cheer. Naturally, I needed help finding the craft pack she sent me for, and the staff was very quick to help. Really nice people. I'm not rushing back, but now i get why she loves this place.”

“I love their clothing options. Saw there are deals going on at Kohls through some insta deals pages and went casually for window shopping. Guess what, purchased 10 tops(for myself and my hubby) and also glasses under clearance. With additional 50% discount, got all those stuff for just $156(tax included). There are price checkers in the store or else you can scan product barcode on kohls app for accurate prices after discount. Ample parking space. I went couple of times to use the parking space for car driving practice”

“The store is exceptionally clean and every item is perfectly organized by category, making it very easy to find what you need. While the carts are a bit large for the narrow aisles, the overall shopping experience is very comfortable. “Love to shop here. There’s so much to choose from and coming out with one item is really impossible. Everything in this store gives you ideas of what can go with it and how to make it necessary in your household, work or school. There’s so many different ways to craft, DIY, cooking products, automotive, holiday gifts and stuff for parties. The prices have gone up but you can still have a lot of options and it’s fun making a list of what you want and what to buy. The store is accessible and there’s something for everyone. There’s free parking and there’s accessible parking .”

“Wonderful experience at JCPenny Whitwood! Olympia went out of her way to help me find a pair of jeans. I looked myself and Olympia went in the back to double check, but no luck. After that I decided to keep shopping around and about 10 minutes later Olympia came and found me in a different section of the store with the exact style, size and length jeans I wanted in hand! I could not believe it! Amazing customer service on her part!! 10/10 would recommend”

“High five to Cheyenne! I was recently in the store to return an item from an online marshalls.com purchase. Cheyenne was at the register said I needed a paper that shipped with the items, but I never got one so I pulled up the ship order number on my phone. The other young woman helping Cheyenne said that wasn’t enough and was preparing to send me on my way. But Cheyenne was fantastic! She helped find the purchase email on my phone and saw the number for shipping and purchasing is the same, and the return was a breeze. Cheyenne went the extra mile to make sure I could return the product and was very considerate and non judgmental. As a result, the front of the store is more aware of the return process. No paper needed! Cheyenne is an outstanding employee and made the shopping experience terrific.
Also, the store is great. Clean, lots of options and very friendly workers.”

“Good clearance racks. Prices could be better for clearance because they have way too much that isnt worth it. Especially the childrens clothes. They need to factor in the regular sale price into the clearance price. If carter's is on sale 30 percent off and you mark the original prices down 20 percent then its not really on clearance. I could go by regularly priced items for cheaper so it doesnt make sense.”

“Kohl’s is usually a large department store mostly specializing in women’s apparel. They do have junior and men’s sections. They showcase a wide collection of women, men, junior clothing and accessories. The prices are usually in range and the collection is mid tier. I really think it’s worth a visit. Parking is free.”

Sometimes, there could be long lines depending on the time of day and how many customers are ready, willing, and able to check out after they purchased the few items. “I went to the Downey location to pick up my online order, I spoke to Brian who informed me that my order hadn't been processed yet and that he would go check on it, he returned shortly to tell me that it hadn't been picked yet and that he would go on the floor to see if it was there, I told him that online stated that there was only one of the items at their location but if by chance he found an extra one I world take it as well well to my surprise Brian did indeed find another one and also informed me that I had 25.00 Kohls cash so I only paid 5.00 for my 30.00 item. Brian went above and beyond which unfortunately almost unheard of anymore. Thank you Brian greatly appreciated.”

“Not all Marshall HomeGoods stores created equal A couple of days ago, I wasn't particularly looking for anything in store, but happened that I spotted few throw pillows that I liked. Wow, they were on clearance sales $18.00 from original sticker price $64.99 a piece. I selected two, and asked the cashier if I could return if they don't work well with my furnitures. Regina, the store key staff, was behind the cashier, she kindly reminded the cashier that starting early October, all merchandise can be returned before January 25, 2024. - with price tags attached. So joyfully I carried these cushions home. It ended up that I went back to the store and got more throw pillows. Regina was always there to assist her associates and me with smiles. I told her that I really like this store, well organized and displayed. I am happy that the store is here in Rowland Heights.”

“Found almost everything I needed today. Yay It was a pleasant shopping experience today. The only hiccup was the pallet by the egg corner so it was hard to navigate the big cart around this tight area. Perhaps next time setting down pallets -not in key corners- where customers are trying to maneuver. Since it's a small store, perhaps pallets are better left out in back and away from customer area during busy times. Saturday afternoon seems to be moderately busy and having a pallet in a key egg product corner (at the end of the Cheese and yogurt isle) was not particularly good planning by a supervisor.”
