This place outsources "quality parts" from where ever they can get the cheapest deal. I'd check in the near future from the post how their air filters are doing since K&N opted out. Other than that quality has really gone out the window. Ano wheels are polished til bluing. Really review the product before sticking it on your bike.

Not what to expect after paying over $600 for an air intake. The quality right out of the box was beyond disappointing. After calling and talking to Richard was told that scratches are normal as it is the B side which you never see (see attached pictures) and to have a better finish would cause it to cost more. Unacceptable. He didn't even offer to make it right. Because I like the look of this air intake I will have to have it stripped and recoated right for my project. They have lost my business on any future bike builds.

My mechanic ordered some rims from your company back in January. His distributor (PM Representative) gave him an estimate of 8 weeks. Then there was a delay because you office was moving so they said it would be another 4 weeks. March came and went and finally two weeks ago (April 23rd), your representative said that the rims were being shipped that day. My mechanic figured that he would have shipping information early the following week. Now two more weeks have gone by and still no rims. My mechanic as called several times and was told that your representative would get back to him. Same message, same result...he never calls back. These rims have been paid for, so I am at the point of cancelling my order and going with a competitor. I am a military Veteran and received a 5% discount when I placed my order. If this is the way PM does business, I will make sure to make known that this is how your company does business and how it treats military personnel. I will also place numerous reviews cautioning people not to buy your products. I was going to place a second order for my other motorcycle if I liked the rims from the first order. Well, my business will be taken elsewhere for the second bike and this order may be cancelled as well. Feel free to contact me William Musser

I recently built a custom Harley Davidson ( frame off, powdercoating, custom paint, etc). It was suggested to me that I put PM fuel gauge and cap on my tank, so I did. Big mistake, the fuel cap didn't vent like it should ruining My $1000 paint job. I took their cap off and put the stick cap back on and have had no leaks, but PM won't stand behind their product, they say it's functioning properly. Well, if that is proper functionality, then I will NEVER use nor recommend your product again. Thanks for nothing PM.

Very disappointing sales and unresponsive customer service. Spent over $3500 on five truck wheels in December 2015. The salesman (Ian S) sold me the wrong lock rings (I gave him my exact tire model and size spec.s) and three of the wheels failed within 200 miles. It's June 1 2016 and I am still waiting for them to ship me the correct lock rings. A lot of people have positive comments about PM Truck Wheels, so whenever they finally ship the correct lock rings, I hope to have quantity wheels, but right now they are horrible at returning voicemails and horrible at knowledge of their own product (selling the customer the wrong lock rings is pretty bad). At this point - 6 months and still no usable wheels - I wish I never did business with this company. I'll update my review when they finally ship the correct rings and I can use the wheels. Heck their warranty is half over and I can't use the wheels.
