I dont know why people give this store such high reviews, it's probably because there's nobody else in the area. The floors were dirty, they don't carry basil, and they were selling "wagyu beef" that was obviously fake. The pictures make this store look huge, but it's really not. 1/3rd of it is old kitchen appliances and personal care products that nobody wants. It was so bad, I couldn't even find basic ingredients to add to a bowl of ramen (and their ramen selection was limited, too).

Needed to pick up some fruit and vegetables and Korean markets have a great selection and great prices. Super 1 never disappoints. Footprint here is smaller but selection is great. Picked up what I needed and out of there pretty quickly. I'll be back.

I went to Super 1 Mart today trying to by a fillet of salmon. the man who was in charge of the fish department did not want to sell me the fillet because I was not Korean. I have never experienced this before I’m a veteran and have worked with the Korean military and never had issues like this shame on you Super 1 Mart! There was plenty of salmon fillets in stock he wanted me to buy those! Instead of giving me the full fillet I asked for.

I had asked one of the product sales ladies for an item and she just brushed me off and stated "over there somewhere" while when another lady in her late 40s/early 50s came to ask about a product, she smiled and took her time to take her there. I really dislike how Koreans disrespect those who are younger than them. I can't believe this customer service.

Usually the cheapest prices compared to other Korean markets. Mostly has everything in stock here. The food court is amazing if you ever want to try some cream food that's not Korean BBQ.Terms of alcohol they should have most of the brands (missing Hite in cans)Fruit is usually cheap here compared to other markets or even h Mart.Like other pre-markets they have a seafood area in the back which they have freshly cut sashimi daily. There's even a hot plate area and back left corner where they have to go items like the ddokbok kee.Parking is my plenty and usually very busy here. There's also other restaurants in the same plaza for food.Across the street from baekjeong.

A smaller korean supermarket, it still stocks all the essentials. There are quite a few sales around the store, especially in a lot of the pulmone refrigerated section of prepared noodle foods. It is part of the Hannam Chain of grocery stores. They have a large selection of banchans, and a smaller seafood market with some fresh fish. Came on a weeknight and it was a good experience: not very crowded, stocking had been completed for the day so no big stocking carts making getting through the aisles difficult.

Produce and meat are way better and cheaper than H-mart! It’s a small and hidden market, which I love! All the workers are super friendly! If there is ever a line, it moves very quick! There’s a small little food court inside as well!

This Korean supermarket is actually a bit out of the way for me - but I'm a regular @the Korean women's sauna across the street, so end up shopping here at least a few times a month.I've mostly been satisfied with their ready-food selections, (even though some daily hot food items increased in price a bit tad too much IMO) and other grocery items. (Such as meats, gochujang and dwenjang, etc. )I've also purchased a good amount of Pulmuone nengmyun kits during the past summer. This market actually has better deals on certain items compared to other Korean markets in the OC area. Now having said that, there are 2 staff members whom I'd like to give a shoutout to. (But please do note everyone I've met there are all friendly & professional.)1) The lovely older lady who manages the nengmyun kits area. (Don't know her name regrettably)2) Mr. Charlie - one of the on-site managers at Super One Mart. They're both great with customers, very friendly, and professional. It's always very nice seeing them.Mr. Charlie even went an extra mile on my recent visit - and provided top notch customer service. ( I was in a bit of a bind while checking out my purchases at the cash register. )This is a great neighborhood Korean market with nice selections, reasonable prices, some great deals, and a great staff. A pleasure to shop here when I'm nearby.A big thank you to La Palma Super One Mart team! :)
