Every year on 7/11 free slurpee day the machines conveniently NEVER WORK….let me rephrase, I’ve lived here many years and the machines always conveniently go out of order on 7/11. How do I know this, I have kids who enjoy slurpees. It’s so bad with some of you 7/11 owners that the location on Francisquito and Orange literally was charging a $1.00 for the cup on 7/11 day. Treating the customers that keep you in business that way is terrible!……me, my husband and my adult son give your stores, your locations a lot of business over the years but not anymore.

I stopped to get tacos across the street and whilst waiting i had the sudden urge to use the bathroom. I had to go bad! I thought id run across the street and buy a coke to go with my tacos. At this point im dying to use the bathroom, i asked if i could please use the bathroom and would buy something. They said no. I explained i could buy something first if i could please use the bathroom after. The guy at the register was firm and said No! I know its not a requirement to let patrons use your bathroom but i thought it was messed up. I cant imagine what people who are homeless have to go through. Compassion wins you business, so i will pass when driving by this store in the future.

So on the 7-11 app, it's says your coffee is Free If it's not fresh. So I went into 7-11 at 861 sunset Dr in LaPuente and the Columbian (2containers) were both empty and not fresh. So I made the coffee as I always have to do, and went to pay for my coffee and other things and I told the worker isn't my coffee free because it's not fresh and I had to make it. He said No and still charged me. What do I do???.

I think they give whoever runs the store in the early hours the option to open whenever they feel like. Back then I would be able to get something to drink around 3 to 4 am when I head to work. Now I would be lucky if the runner even decides to open up. I'll be taking my services to the win win gas station across the street

The lady that works their just took $20 away from me, she claims it was fake but when she marked the bill it was yellow/gold if it was fake isn’t it supposed to turn a dark color? She kept the bill saying she had to turn it into the bank 3-20-21

The lady that works there seems like she hates her life ,every time I go there she has a really bad attitude,i ask for mayo and she said "i cannot give you that if you're not order a hotdog!!!"she is lucky not to yell at me in front of my girl she would drag her out by the hair and teach her not to talk down to people like that ,she should not be anywhere near customers,

This place is closed like every time I come here. I don't even know why it's a 7/11? It's seriously closed more often than open. It's 1am right now and they're closed.
