Hey... a big thank you to David, for serving our Samsung washer. He was able to troubleshoot the error all through entering a secret code. And in minutes was able to recalibrate the main computer system and fix our washer. "His service fee $60 to come out, after diagnostic is completed . He tells you the price of the part , price of installation" And so the cost was $125. I am definitely giving 5 star review. Very honest man,

I know you can't meet everyone's needs and make everyone happy but this has to be the worst company ever I reached out because my refrigerator was making a loud noise and was leaking water 2 gentlemen showed up and don't get me wrong if you are over 70-75 years old and you are still working more power to you but this guys do not seem to be up to date with the new refrigerators they were in and out of my house within 4 maybe 5 minutes if that and DID NOT FIX NOTHING I paid $225 I had to call them back and again FIXED NOTHING and they not only do nothing but broke my ice maker and my light bulb I do not recommend them at all and when I called them to let them know that my ice maker was out and light bulb they wanted to recharge me so now I have a 6 month old brand new refrigerator that is still making the loud noise is still leaking water and now the ice maker is broken and my light bulb is out so would you think about using them be extra careful maybe they know how to fix very old appliances, but they do not know how to fix new ones.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!! I called and they had a Mario call me because he specially works on LG appliances. I had 2 issues with my dryer. It made a loud noise when turned on and it was not drying. Mario came, charged $180 and did not finish the job. He left seals unglued and didnt fix the problem with dryer not drying. He said he would come back to finish and he has not. When i call this business back about Mario they said they would see whats going on. NOPE. NO CALL BACK. AND WHEN I CALLED AGAIN, THEY ANSWER AND AS I START TALKING, THEY HANG UP. THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT FINISH JOB!!Service: Dryer repair

We call this place for service call, owner was very rude and didn't find the problem but we ended up paying service fees $90. I don't recommend this business.

Problem with driver. They came to fix it. Changed a part. $190 total. Problem persisted. Now they said it's a computer problem & will be more expensive to fix. WHY COULDN'T TELL ME THAT BEFORE!?? Just an up charge. Never again.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I bought that,seemingly in good working condition,used refrigerator. Earlier this year 2021. In all fairness they did try to repair it,but had no success. Spent $770 on this GE fridge. Long story short was told fridge was in good working condition. Got 60 day warranty and shorly afterwards, freezer was frosting up and thawing food. They came and replaced many parts. From sensors,heater, thermostat,computer board etc. etc.,but at no avail. His son (John) came and charged me $261.17 in October,and was told that would fix problem. About a year later,Guess what!?!?!? Nothing!!! Now I'm being told to refer back to GE myself.Waisted my time and money!!! Buyers,Patron beware. Thank you Peter and John!????

Came in with a helper to check my dish washer and was told that it was the water pump not working. Charged me too excessive for a one man job. Go elsewhere for any appliance needs. Do your research on your appliance before you call in to diagnose anything. Youtube, Google etc.

Terrible , I called this place for a repair of my freezer. Peter did absolutely nothing but wanted to stick his nasty hands in my ice cream. The young man with him briefly shown a flashlight slightly underneath the bottom of the freezer and said there was no fan. Peter tried to tell me the outside of the freezer was too warm and to place a portable fan in front of the freezer. Since I agreed the $60 service fee I paid him so they would leave. By the way, the young man was more interested in what was in my garage than the freezer service. I called another service and the compressor was not working. I do not reccomend this place for anything any more.

This review is solely on the elder repairman's sleezy way on getting me to pay more than what was agreed upon. I came to their shop and had someone come out to fix my stove. They charge $60 to come out. I already know what's wrong with the stove. They didn't have the part so I special ordered it and had it delivery to my house. I had asked how much for the total service since I ordered the part myself. ( If they ordered the part, they would charge me $55. I only paid $28) The gentleman told me $125 if they do the service and $60 that I paid for them to come out initially would be deducted from the $125. Awesome. Great price. When the part came in, I called them and they arrived to fix the stove. I could see they had a hard time taking apart the stove and swapping out the part. Once it was done. He said I owed $185 minus $60 so the total is $125. I told him no that's not what we agreed upon. He said he had to charge more because it was difficult to take apart the stove. How is that my problem? And if the price went up for some reason. Let me know before starting the job. It's not my fault youre inexperienced and it took you longer than expected. We went back and fourth and I just paid the man and so he could leave. Will not be using them again. The lady at the store was very welcoming and kind. I apologise for the 1 star review but I do not appreciate the upcharge without my knowledge at all. On a positive note. The stove works now. Yay.

I would give this dump of a place a big fat zero!! The Evaporator Motor Fan needed to be replaced in my Refrigerator which was affecting the cooling system of the fridge. I initially ordered the part in Amazon but decided to try this place because I needed the part faster than what Amazon could deliver, so I decided to give this place a try since it is near our home. It was a Friday, I called the "Service" phone number and I believe the owner answered and instructed me to call a different number and speak to Kim for "Parts". I called Kim at 10 am, and in speaking to Kim, I attempted to give her the Model number of the old Evaporator Motor fan we has removed from our fridge and Kim said she needed the Refrigerator's Model Number instead. Then she said I needed to come into the store to pay for the part before they could order it and it would be in the same day by 3pm. I went in the store at 11 am and Kim greeted me by saying the owner had chewed her out (1st Red Flag) because she stated he was upset because she didn't upcharge me! She said he wanted her to charge me double for the part. I should of left then, but I really needed the part ASAP, we had been without our fridge for about 5 days now, so I believe i just ignored the red flag. About 2pm Kim calls me and says, the part won't be available until Monday due to the part not being in stock in there El Monte vendor and that they would drive to Fontana on Monday (2 red flag) I believe this was a made up story, I'm guessing the owner decided to make me wait since I already paid and he was upset Kim didn't upcharge me. Needless to say, the Amazon eventually arrived that Saturday, so I was able to fix the fridge with that part. On Monday I called Kim and asked for a refund instead and she said I couldn't get a refund because that's their store policy. So I decided to pick up the part and just eat the cost and have the part as pack up, should I need it in the future again. When I picked up the part, it was the incorrect part..They ordered a Coolant Fan, so I attempted to get a refund again and / or the correct part and KIM tried to shift the blame on ME!! Stating she ordered the part based on the model number I provided! She denied I attempted to give her the Model number of the Evaporator Motor Fan. AND to ADD INSULT TO INJURY, she called me a B**** and stormed to the back of the store and the owner just kept saying he would try to see what he could do for me!!!! The guy looks like he can barely talk, let alone walk...I believe this place stays in business by ripping off people. ABSOLUTE CRAPPY PLACE. DO NOT CONDUCT BUSINESS, IT'S A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.....
