“Melissa is a very knowledgeable banker, I came last sunday to pull out a loan, she updated me on my income to debt ratio, my FICO score, and how the payments for my debt are split into two (interest and the actually loan) I never knew that, which I appreciated very much. Today I came in to open a checking account with Kimberly another excellent banker, she was also very informative and genuine. She let me know all the benefits of my new account, which was very helpful. Also asking if it was okay to follow up in 10 business days as well as a 3 month follow up. Their service speaks for itself, and it's not just like they're just here to open accounts or give out loans, they really care about what they're doing for the customer. Thanks Melissa and Kimberly.”

There seems to be other associates that are immature and don't have proper mannerisms to be employed in a customer facing atmosphere.”

“I got both my booster and flu shot here. The pharmacy was quick and polite. The actual person who gave me the shots was professional and friendly. Inside the store is clean and organized. The online appointment process was user friendly and fast. I took away a star because the outside of the store is really dirty. At first I didn't want to visit this location because of how bad it looked outside but it is different inside. This location has its own parking lot and there's plenty of parking. Across the street there is a gas station with a donut shop located inside but I wouldn't suggest the donuts. They are stale and expensive but the gas prices are good.”

“Saw this Cryptocurrency ATM inside a Latino owned payday loan store in La Puente. I was not sure If I ever saw this CRYPTO ATM before. Since I have cash, I decided to buy crypto for $60. I was hesitant at first but I needed to try it anyway. Had an unpleasant experience with a competitor Crypto ATM when unbeknownst to me, while in their domain, my computer purchased bitcoins was spent without my knowledge! Who spent it? I don’t know. I never got back my stolen bitcoins from that other competitor’s website!With this ATM the call for Straightforward and easy to use ATM bitcoins was far easy I thought I could be a Pro! Thanks to the vendors for putting this ATM inside a seemingly quiet Payday Loan store.”

“I needed change for my $100 bill and saw that this bank was 5 mins from my house. I called and the lady I spoke to told me make a schedule to come in. I said to her, I have to make a schedule to come in to get change? She said yes I have one for 11:45 am. Well I took it. Upon arriving to the bank, at first I parked facing the hill. Being that it was my first time, I didn't know where to go exactly. I saw their ATM so I walk thru the glass door and I looked at the directory and it said second floor. When I got up the second floor I made a right and say Comerica bank on the left and I knocked that door. Waited 2 mins and no one answers. Luckily a lady saw me just standing there. She instructed the place I'm looking for is downstairs on the other side facing the freeway (took a photo). I went downstairs and went out the glass doors I entered. I made a right and another right. Knocked the glass doors and a man opened up and said we only take appointments. I told him I had an appointment and my name. He opened the door for me and stood 6 feet away from me as I entered the door and walked toward the teller. I got my change and left. The gentleman was nice and said, "stay safe and thank you for coming." Just a little awkward because I never got this kind of customer service.”
