We like Auto zone . We order on line and to hen go pick it up They test your stuff first before you buy parts. They also lend you tools so you don't have to buy any expensive tools for a one time usage. The people are really nice and helpful.

Came into the store for a new spark plug for my 1999 Miata NB and wasnt sure which one I needed and although the store was busy I was helped at the front desk very promptly.
As a former Autozone employee I am happy that the customer service is still up to standard.
