“On the day I picked up the rental car, Steven was very busy, and the waiting area was crowded with appointments and walk-ins. So although it took some time to get my rental, I had plenty of time to watch him work the Front Desk. He was polite, kind, professional, friendly, attentive to each individual customer, knowledgeable, a great multi-tasker, and above all of the loads of people flowing in and out of the Enterprise office that morning who needed something from him, he had loads of patience and had an even tone in his voice as he spoke to everyone he provided his services to.
There were many other Enterprise staff supporting this process (both at pick-up and return) who were efficient, kind, and professional, and ALL worked well together as a team. But Steven really stood out to me. I had a great experience with Enterprise at the Walnut office, and would definitely recommend this office.”

My commuter car had major mechanical issues and there was no timetable on when to get it back. My guy Mohamed took care of me. Gave me a great deal on the rental and always kept a professional attitude towards extending without having to come back in or anything like that.
