Everything went well: rental appointment. I was called upon after my insurance claim approved a car rental. Within a few hours Mr Long Chau called and reservation/appointment was made. Upon arrival Mr Ted Alvarez helped me immediately saying a Toyota Highlander was ready for me. Paperwork was all online, inspection of vehicle and I was all set. It was a great car, very clean. Even a courtesy disinfectant Clorox wipe was left for my use. Returning the vehicle was just as smooth. I was exceptionally surprised at how quick every step was and the professionalism exhibited by the staff. I wish them well in their endeavors.

After an accident, the insurance company contacted me and I rented a car. At the time, they told me there would be an additional charge for the car, so I said no and brought the car according to the amount provided by the insurance company. After returning the car, they arbitrarily took a little less than $300 from us. They told a ridiculous lie and took the money from the customer. I hope you don't engage in such rip-off business, but there is definitely a problem with your behavior when dealing with customers and blindly believing that what you say is right. It is a wrong way to work to let employees do their own thing without communicating the work to each other. I have a contract. You shouldn't act like this just because your English isn't good enough. It's definitely something people should consider at least once when visiting this place.

Long Chau, the assistant Manager was a great help, his recommendation was very helpful in choosing the vehicle I rented for my trip, thanks again Long for your help. will be definitely renting car from this location again.

Was contacted by local manager Long Chau, who was very enthusiastic about making the situation right and providing solutions to rectify my experience at the La Puenta location on Hacienda Blvd. He took my feedback on the experience I had at the La Puente location and provided me with a few offers to use for future reservations with Enterprise. Hopefully I'll have a better experience next time. Thanks Long! -Peter

This car rental place doesn't care about its customers. They give you trashy cars to rent and have a take it or leave it attitude. The female manager has a total disregard for the customers. My boyfriend and i rented a car and got a car that was all beat to hell. Bad brakes, the entire car had missing paint all around, the car smelled of cigarettes, also had cigarette burns inside the upholstery. We tried to exchange the car and the manager tried giving us the worst car than the one we already had. Just terrible service and management doesn't care. It's so sad I had to give 1 star if I could I would give 0 stars. If you want to rent a trash car with no regard for customer service rent here. The employees and the company doesn't care about you or the cars they put out for rent. Truly sad.

Update: 9/27/23Yet another Fail Christopher was emailed with all the info 15 days ago, i gave them the benefit of doubt. And yet to this day, even though he was provided all the information he requested, neither he nor his company has reached out or had any kind of contact from his company. What a horrible company and horrendous customer service talk about not caring about the customer. FAIL, FAIL, FAIL ON ALL FRONTS.!!!!Too bad i have to give 1 star if possible i would give 0 stars. The car that was given to me smelled bad, made engine noises and the brakes squealed and the vehicle was pretty beat up with broken windshield and the front bumper was literally falling off. It was truly an embarrassment to drive your companies car. When I called the manager to inform her and make her aware of all the issues with the car and to try and exchange the car she didnt apologize or sound surprised all she said was ok I will save a car for you and she told me to come the next day, I did go and the car they wanted me to exchange it was in worst shape than the one I had, so I declined and ended up keeping the car. I have rented plenty of cars from your company and other companies and I can truly say that this has been the worst car rental experience ever. The manager offered no solution I have never been so ashamed of renting a car. I had the car for over a month. Is this the reputation that your company is proud of? It's truly ashame that companies nowadays take no accountability or responsibility or even pride in the products they provide. I filled out the survey and they said someone would be reaching out to me, it's been over a week now and no call yet. Yet another fail in my eyes.

ALWAYS have a great experience with them. Been using this same place for years. The young man (Douglas/ Gilbert? I lost his card ) who works there is awesome!! There was an incident with my deposit (my fault in return times) and he explained it to me and was able to send me out confident once again with this enterprise location! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION

If I could give a zero stars to write a review I would. I am so angry. This place ruined my plans I had for my fiances birthday. I reserved a convertible months ago. Thought it was a little weird they didn't call to confirm. I called day of to make sure they were able to have it in stock. But NOTHING. They didn't have it. Everything planned was centered around the convertible.

Polite and respectful!!! Great service, communicative. I will not rent from anyone else anymore. Rented from enterprise twice now and both times were a pain free experience.
