Fuji Auto has been taking care of both my car and my wife's for 10+ years already. Great, friendly service every time. It gets extremely busy during the weekends so either make sure you have an appointment or try to go right when they open if you can't make it on a week day. Found out recently that my coworker had also been taking his cars here for 17+ years.

I'm no certified mechanic, just an old school back yard mechanic which gives me enough to know what time it is when the mechanic gives me the diagnostic results. Kay and his crew are of high quality and high caliber mechanics. And to top it off, being straight forward and honest is at the forefront of the service you can expect. 5+ stars....

Been using this service before, but I feel like the most recent interaction was very poorly handled. I tried to explain that my car has been experiencing issues for the past few days, including a strange high pitched sound. Despite bringing it in to have them look at the vehicle and explaining simply what was going, I was repeatedly told that nothing was wrong by Kay. The shop seemed rushed and did not do other tests to figure out the issue. The car then stopped working entirely shortly after (fuel light, battery light was on and the car would not move or start).
After I had another mechanic from a different service look at my car, he was able to figure it out quickly. He told me there was an issue with the alternator that was likely causing the other issues I mentioned before to Fuji.
Whenever I called Kay to explain the situation, he rebuffed me and told me he couldn't understand. He hung up after the most recent call. Thankfully another shop was willing to help.
No longer interested in using Fuji Auto. So much could have been avoided if they took my concerns seriously. Instead this situation was handled disrespectfully by the shop and problems with the car only escalated. I will be taking my car to another place that handled this more competently and professionally.

I took my car in for a new battery. They ordered it and got delivered in 45 minutes. The technician changed the battery and I was out of the shop for less than 2 hours.. very honest & professional. I have been their customer for years and will definitely recommend to anyone needing car repairs.

Excellent independent local auto shop. Opens 8am and first come first serve. Kay at desk is very friendly and helpful.

If you are looking for the most honest, reliable and overall the best auto body/mechanic, look no further cause you’ve found it— I honestly don’t trust anyone else with my car and I will only go to Mr. Kay at Fuji Auto.My most recent visit to Fuji Auto I needed quite a bit of work done on my car— lots of collision damage effecting both passenger side tires and then some. And tbh, I don’t know much about cars but even I could tell the damage was really, really bad. I’ve never been in a situation like this where my car is completely un-drivable needing extensive repairs but I knew whatever the outcome, that if anyone could save my car, it would be Mr. Kay and his team at Fuji Auto.There was a laundry list of damage done/ repairs needed and even though Mr. Kay communicated the cost upfront and etc. I was still shocked at the total cost of everything as I was expecting to pay so much more. I’ve never been so pleasantly surprised by a bill in my life.So long story short, my car was un-drivable and dropped off via tow truck on Tuesday and by Thursday of that same week, my car was fixed and I was able to drive my little car once again!All in all, Mr. Kay is the most trustworthy mechanic I have ever met and his team at Fuji Auto always do fantastic quality work with prices that are more than fair.
