This shop claim they changed ownership. I went in for soak off nails, full set and a pedicure bought my own rhinestones they charged me $210 plus I tip him and the lady that did my pedicure she didn’t know how to do designs. Jay didn’t even polish the sides of my nails. He stop what he was doing to go take a lunch had me to pay then he left. I will never ever go back there. If you reading this message please be aware. They too high for the quality of work and the complications was not good. Bad service. I hope they enjoy every dime because one thing about me I got class and I don’t mine paying if it’s worth it and it wasn’t. Called them on the phone because I didn’t want to make a seem they played stupid I’ll call him then I called you back michael never called back,????????Services: Nail art

Got my pedicure done today by my favorite person Mai :) she is the best and alwaysss make sure I'm comfortable and takes her time doing my toe nail. Please go see my girl Mai for pedicure and she does manicure also. One more person is Sally she does my daughter manicure she's awesome too

After I posted my review, I start getting harassed by the owner. I will not remove my previous Yelp. Your business is failing because you won't take accountability for your rude employees. Such a bad job and horrible nail business! Beware!!!

I called and they told me to come in when there was no one available. put my in cold water. did not clean up around the toes and rushed through everything. Wanted a basic French top and they did the most thin line possible, you can see the actual nail under. Not coming back, terrible work and a waste of money

Poor service, was texting and on the phone while serving me. Had a gel manicure and the polish was applied unevenly with see through spots. Lower price than other salons in the area but I'd rather pay more for better service.

Okay so I went here a couple months back. I had an appointment, I got a baby sitter, I have two under two and can’t take them. It’s so hard to get out for me time. With an appointment an hour and a half went by. I asked for warmer water as my feet soaked for 1.5 hours. I asked if I was going to be seen soon. One of the ladies seemed upset that I asked for warm water. I finally got up to leave because my time was up. One of the ladies came out asking me to come back in and I was next. I had to leave I had a babysitter so I could come here to soak my feet in cold water for almost two hours. The lady said come back and try us again promising 20% off. Well I went back just three weeks ago while my mom was able to watch my babies. Mani and pedi are okay. The same lady that offered me 20% said no she could only do 10% off. ?This is a joke. NEVER AGAIN!! I've been here a couple of times before. I liked their work and the prices were reasonable. But today was a different story. The manager Lynn acted like it was bothering her to do my manicure. She ignored me when I was asking her a couple of questions. She kept getting up to look for supplies, rummaging through bags and through the other nail stations. This manicure took more than an hour to complete. When she finally finished with my manicure, she pointed to the pedicure chair and turned on the water (She hardly used any words, even though she speaks English). I sat there and soaked my feet for about 15 minutes before another person came to do my pedicure. The other person started to dry off my feet and then she walked away. I thought she had gotten up to look for something. I waited more than 10 minutes and I finally asked Lynn where the other girl went? Lynn told me that the other girl had left because her mother had an emergency! I couldn't believe that neither one of them was professional enough to let me know that there was an emergency and that I would have to wait for my pedicure. I would have been very sympathetic and understanding, but NO ONE explained anything! That person just disappeared! Lynn the manager tried to make me feel better by saying that the other employee lives close by and that she would be right back. Another 15 minutes went by and still no one would do my pedicure. By this time, another customer was complaining about how long she had been waiting for her pedicure. I finally dried my own feet off, put my shoes on and told Lynn that I was leaving. I told her that she or her employee should have at least explained that there was an emergency but Lynn kept insisting that the girl would be right back and that I should wait! Lynn obviously does not not understand the importance of communicating with her customers and I just couldn't get that through to her, Even though I tried explaining it a few different ways. I paid for my manicure and left. I will not be returning to that nail shop. I'll have to find another place to have my pedicure done!!

This is my first time to review in yelp. I hate this place because they are not honest. i zelle them twive and let them show my transaction but they didnt refund me. they also want there customers to get full set instead of normal polish or gel. they dont ask or clarify what you want. this place sucks!

Day 1 As of July 11, 2021 around noon I went to this nail salon. I paid 40$ cash that was the tip included for the ugly nail job she did. Her name was TUTU. The workers we're very dismissive to my needs. The focus was Monetary gain. They do not understand value (S). They only speak in Vietnamese. They are too coward to communicate In Americas home language. (English) Day 2 July 12, 2021 11:45 am - 2:00 PM I paid another nail bill due to my nails being shaped uneven. Different length (s). old polish was reflecting through the hideous nail job tutu did. I still was dismissed of the nail design , I wanted. they painted my nails the color they wanted and charged me again. $17 receipt says $19 ! I did not get the design I requested. yet I was recharged again. I did wait until 12 to be seen, she allowed Non- People of color to get seen before me while I waited an hour outside. They were laughing at how ugly my nails looked. while she told me she was going to text TUTU how she did my nails. She took a picture , refilled / and filed passed me over to an elder who painted my nails , Painted them NOT according to the design I requested. Grand total in 2 days with this shop was 40+19 = 59+ 4= 63 dollars for a simple nail job. + I will request the BBB to examine this shop and to verify all workers are licensed, and a full refund . The moral: is to speak English when dealing with Americans or go to an adult school to study ESL. Principal: Listen don't be dismissive & greedy. all 3 workers were tipped equally . Cash : was given to all 3. I'm upset due to my nails not being done per my request. they did my nails how they wanted and charged me 2x . Day 1 very ugly / uneven / old paint reflected through the tacky nail job Day 2 still being dismissive / she toke a picture and showed her how ugly they looked / and still did them how she wanted Sincerly , AP ( Tutu told my 3 year old , and he started crying that " I do not want him" I stayed quiet in fear, I am A CCMA ) I know my laws . He kept crying because he felt her bad energy, we only went back because I felt robbed, and guzzled. I did not get my money's worth ! I feel these people are prejudice , and colourist, greedy, and evil. Although these issues occurred, we still were kind, we don't believe in hurting those who attempt to harm us I need all of the license (s) of the workers to be examined, and a discovery to be made. In addition , if workers are working w/o a license , I request , sanctions on the owner. Any form of retaliation will be further examined by a federal court. This shop needs to be closed down!

Probably the worst place i've ever been to.. the lady was rushing the entire time and I asked for a short almond and this is what I got. I literally cried after leaving extremely disappointed with the service not worth 35$ I even brought my own color.
